History

On April 27, 2007, the station was sold to Pines Broadcasting. [3]

Pines Broadcasting surrendered the licenses for KHBM and FM translator K255AM (98.9 FM) in August 2025; the company also concurrently closed KWRF (860 AM) in Warren. [4]
