KK Crvena zvezda in the ABA League shows records and statistics of Serbian men's professional basketball club Crvena zvezda in the ABA League competition system. The ABA League, commonly known as the Adriatic League, is a regional men's professional basketball league competition between men's teams from six countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia. Crvena zvezda made the league debut in 2002, in the second season. The club won six League Championships and one Super Cup tournament.

The ABA League Finals MVP award, also known as the Adriatic League Finals MVP award, is an annual award that is given to the most valuable player of the finals of the European regional Adriatic ABA League, which is the top-tier level professional basketball league for countries of the former Yugoslavia. The award has been given since the 2001–02 ABA League season.

The 2016–17 ABA League was the 16th season of the ABA League, with 14 teams from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Macedonia participating in it. It started on September 29, 2016 with the first round of the regular season and the regular season ended on March 13, 2017 followed by playoffs of the four best placed teams. The play-offs were played from March 18 till April 13, 2017. Crvena zvezda won its third ABA League championship, after beating Cedevita 3–0 in the Finals.

The 2017–18 ABA League First Division was the 17th season of the ABA League with 12 teams from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Macedonia participating in it. It was the inaugural season as the first tier as a part of two level competition.

The 2017–18 season is the 73rd Crvena zvezda season in the existence of the club. The team has been playing in the Basketball League of Serbia, in the Adriatic League and in the Euroleague.

The 2018–19 ABA League First Division is the 18th season of the ABA League with 12 teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Serbia participating in it. It is the first time since the 2011–12 season that there are no participants from North Macedonia.

The ABA League Player of the Month Award is a basketball award that recognizes the best ABA League player for each month of the season.

The 2018–19 season is the 74th Crvena zvezda season in the existence of the club. The team played in the Basketball League of Serbia, in the Adriatic League and in the EuroCup.

The 2019 ABA League Playoffs was the play-off tournament that decides the winner of the 2018–19 ABA League First Division season. The playoffs had started on March 23, 2019 and ended on April 22, 2019. The winner of the play-offs, Crvena zvezda mts, qualified for the 2019–20 EuroLeague.

The 2020–21 ABA League First Division was the 20th season of the ABA League with 14 teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia participating in it. The season has started on 2 October 2020.

The Budućnost–Crvena Zvezda basketball rivalry is an Adriatic League rivalry between Budućnost and Crvena zvezda. While the two teams have played each other since Budućnost joined the Yugoslav League in 1980, their rivalry began to develop in the 1990s through the Serbian-Montenegrin League and reached its peak in the Adriatic League during the late 2010s and early 2020s with 3-in-a-row League Finals.

In the 2021–22 season, Partizan NIS Belgrade competed in the Serbian League, Radivoj Korać Cup, Adriatic League and EuroCup.

The 2022–23 AdmiralBet ABA League is the 21st season of the ABA League with 14 teams from former Yugoslavia, namely Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia participating in it. The 2022–23 KK Crvena zvezda season is the 78th season in the existence of the club. For the season it is referred to as Crvena zvezda mts until 31 December 2022 and later on as Crvena zvezda Meridianbet for sponsorship reasons. The club is a two-time triple crown defending champion.
