Kahur Deraz (Persian : کهور دراز‎, also Romanized as Kahūr Derāz; also known as Kahūrdāz)^[1] is a village in Golashkerd Rural District, in the Central District of Faryab County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 124, in 26 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Golashkerd Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Faryab County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,353, in 1,143 families. The rural district has 54 villages.
