Plot

Kaliachak Chapter 1 is a film that portrays events inspired by real-life occurrences in Kaliachak, a locality within the Kaliachak I CD block in the Malda Sadar subdivision of Malda district, West Bengal, India. The narrative centers around a 19-year-old individual, Mohammad Asif, who was implicated in the demise of four of his family members. The case came to light when law enforcement authorities discovered the bodies in a state of decomposition.

Investigations revealed that Asif possessed computer hacking skills. Despite his confession to the homicides, he exhibited an absence of regret for his actions. The film, directed by Ratool Mukherjee, seeks to depict the events leading up to and following this tragic incident [2]
