Sedin Dujone is a 2008 Bengali film directed by debutant director Atanu Basu and released in 2008 featuring Amitava Bhattacharya and Kasturi. The film is almost directly from Priyadarshan directed Kyon Ki released in 2005, which was not an original storyline either. It was a variation on the famous Suchitra Sen-film Deep Jele Jai. This was later made into Hindi as Khamoshi, produced by Hemant Kumar and starring Waheeda Rehman. But like most of his peers, Bose does not credit his source.

Goyenda Ginni was an Indian Bengali crime drama anthology television series that premiered on 7 September 2015 to 25 December 2016 and aired on Zee Bangla. It was produced by Shree Venkatesh Films, it starred Indrani Haldar, Saheb Chatterjee, Aditi Chatterjee and Indrajeet Bose. It marks the comeback of Haldar into Bengali television. The film stars Ankush Hazra and Bangladeshi actress Nusraat Faria in lead roles, and Priyanka Sarkar, Rudranil Ghosh, Anirban Bhattacharya and Sohini Sarkar in a supporting role. This film was released on 21 June 2019 under the banner of Shree Venkatesh Films. The music direction of the movie was made by Jeet Gannguli. A standalone sequel named Abar Bibaho Obhijaan was released on 25 May 2023.
