Khamlillal "Kanti" Shah (13 October 1920 - May 1989) was an Indian swimmer and water polo player. [1] He was India's first ever Asian Games medalist, with a silver medal in the men's 100 m backstroke at the 1951 Asian Games.
He won three medals at the 1951 Asian Games, a silver in the men's 100 m backstroke, a bronze in the men's 3 x 100 m medley relay, and was part of the gold-winning Indian water polo team.
He also competed in the men's 100 m backstroke at the 1948 Summer Olympics and the 1952 Summer Olympics and the water polo tournament at the 1952 Summer Olympics. [2]
Gérard Blitz was a Belgian Olympic swimmer and water polo player who competed at the 1920, 1924, 1928 and 1936 Olympics. He was the younger brother of Maurice Blitz, also a water polo player, and uncle of Gérard Blitz who founded Club Med in 1950.

Charles Greene Bittick Jr. was an American water polo player and swimmer. He was a member of the American water polo team that finished seventh at the 1960 Olympics. He played five matches and scored three goals. He won three silver medals, two in the 100 m backstroke and one in water polo, at the Pan American Games in 1959–63. In 1960, Bittick briefly held the world record in the 200 m backstroke, and in 1961 he won the 400 yd medley event at the AAU championships, setting a new national record. After retiring from competitions he settled in Yorba Linda, California, where he worked as a broker for Farmer's Insurance. He remained active in recreational sports, and in 1997 climbed Mount Rainier; he also crossed the Sea of Cortés in a kayak, together with his brother.
