Karina Vnukova (born 27 March 1985 in Vilnius, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian high jumper.
She finished eighth at the 2001 World Youth Championships. She later competed at the 2007 European Indoor Championships and the 2008 Olympic Games without reaching the final. [1]
Her personal best is 1.87 metres, achieved in July 2008 in Strasbourg. She has 1.91 metres on the indoor track, achieved in January 2008 in Vilnius. [1]

Sportin Lithuania is governed by the Physical Education and Sports Department following the country's independence from the Soviet Union in 1990. The Lithuanian government established the department to manage physical education in the schools and sports administration in the country. Over the next few years, Lithuanian sports organizations established membership in international governing bodies. Lithuania participated in the Winter Olympics in Albertville and has participated in every Winter and Summer Olympics since.

Amid the forced repatriation and subsequent defection of Belarusian sprinter Krystsina Tsimanouskaya at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 2021, Maksimava announced that she and her husband would also not be returning to Belarus and would seek asylum in Germany, where the couple trains.
