Kasei is a village in the Ejura/Sekyedumase district, a district in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. [1] In November 2015, former Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama stated a school with 24 classrooms and other facilities would be built in Kasei. [2] There is a modern hospital located in Kasei called St. Luke's Hospital.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is a social democratic political party in Ghana, founded by Jerry Rawlings, who was Head of State of Ghana from 1981 to 1993 and the President of Ghana from 1993 to 2001. Following the formation of the Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC), which ruled Ghana following the military coup d'état on 31 December 1981, there was pressure from the international community to restore democracy. The NDC was formed as the ruling party ahead of elections in 1992, in which Rawlings was elected president, and in 1996 Rawlings was re-elected as the NDC candidate. Rawlings' second term ended in 2001.
John Dramani Mahama is a Ghanaian politician who served as President of Ghana from 24 July 2012 to 7 January 2017. He previously served as Vice President of Ghana from January 2009 to July 2012, and took office as president on 24 July 2012 following the death of his predecessor John Evans Fiifi Attah Mills. Mahama is a communication expert, historian, and writer. A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), he was Member of Parliament for Bole Bamboi from 1997 to 2009 and served as Deputy Minister for Communication between 1997 and 1998 before becoming the substantive Minister for Communications from 1998 to 2001.
Ejura is a town and the capital of Ejura/Sekyedumase, a district in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. Ejura has settlement population of 70,807 people. Ejura is the largest maize producing district in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. It is in the far north of the region, near the Afram River. Ejura is connected by highways with the towns of Mampong, Yeji and Techiman. Ejura is home to the Digya National Park / Kujani Game Reserve.

Ejura Sekyedumase Municipal District is one of the forty-three districts in Ashanti Region, Ghana. Originally created as an ordinary district assembly in 1988 as Ejura Sekyedumase District, which it was created from parts of the former Sekyere District and Offinso District Councils. Later, it has elevated to municipal district assembly status on 28 June 2012. The municipality is located in the northern part of Ashanti Region and has Ejura as its capital town.

Sacra Mensa is a mesa in the Lunae Palus quadrangle of Mars, located between the northern and southern channels of the Kasei Valles. Located roughly 66.5° west longitude and 24.6° north latitude, the mesa is a highland between two deep outflow valleys. The mesa is located just west of the Sharonov impact crater.

Tamale Senior High School formerly Government Secondary School, Tamale, Gbewaa Secondary School, and more recently Tamale Secondary School is a co-educational second cycle boarding school located at Education Ridge, a suburb of the Sagnarigu Municipality in the Northern Region of Ghana. The school was founded in 1951 by the then British Colonial Authorities as the first second cycle institution of the Northern Territories.
