Kasidol (pronounced  [kǎsidɔ̝l] ) is a village in the municipality of Požarevac, Serbia. According to the 2002 census, the village has a population of 744. [1]

Dragana Mirković Serbian singer

Dragana Mirković is a Serbian pop-folk singer and entrepreneur. Born in Kasidol near Požarevac, Mirković started her career in 1984 and became one of the most popular singers of the 1980s and 1990s. Today she is arguably one of the best-selling and most successful artists from the former Yugoslavia with numerous hit records and big scale concerts. Alongside her husband, Mirković also founded a satellite Balkan music channel called DM SAT.
