Katz's Deli is a Jewish deli and restaurant with multiple locations in Houston, in the U.S. state of Texas.
The original restaurant opened along Westheimer in 1998. A second location opened in The Woodlands in 2007. A third location opened in the Heights in 2020. [1] [2]

On June 21, 2021, Black Titan Franchise Systems announced a deal to acquire Fuddruckers for $18.5 million.
The Carnegie Deli was a small Jewish delicatessen, formerly a chain, based in New York City. Its main branch, opened in 1937 near Carnegie Hall, was located at 854 7th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. It closed on December 31, 2016. There is one branch still in operation at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan, and the deli still operates a wholesale distribution service.
