Kennedy Chu (Chinese :朱孝天; pinyin :Zhū Xiàotiān) is a Taiwanese singer, songwriter, actor, cook; and a member of Taiwanese Mandopop vocal quartet boy band F4. Educated in Singapore (Boon Lay Secondary School), he speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Chu was working as a waiter in Taiwan when he was discovered by Cai Zhiping, the creator of the boy band F4 . He started in showbiz working as a part-time as an assistant for some artists, then acting in several idol series successfully which pushed him to the center of the stage. He starred in the TV series, Meteor Garden, its supplementary mini-series, Meteor Rain, and its sequel, Meteor Garden II. He was the lead in Sky of Love (2003) and Tokyo Trial (2006).
In January 2005, he released his debut solo album, On Ken's Time. The tracks "永不停止" (Never Stopping) and "La La La" were nominated for Top 10 Gold Songs at the Hong Kong TVB8 Awards, presented by television station TVB8, in 2005. [1]
He also released a cookbook, Mei Wei Guan Xi (Delicious Relations) on January 5, 2006. It was released in China on July 4, 2006, and four months later in Japan. Chu is now focusing on his solo acting career and has a huge fan base in Asia.
On February 24 and 25, 2007, he held his first solo concert in Japan, titled 2007 [I-KEN] 1st Concert at the Tokyo International Forum Hall A with an unplugged theme. December 2007, Chu starred alongside Iza Calzado in Philippine production movie Batanes: Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan of Ignite Media Films, directed by Adolf Alix.

Twins are a Hong Kong Cantopop duo that was created in the summer of 2001 by Emperor Entertainment Group (EEG). Twins are made up of two girls, Charlene Choi and Gillian Chung. They are a popular group in Hong Kong and a top band in mainland China. Their fan-base have included Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, United States, Vietnam and Philippines. Their music was generally targeted at young teens, but in 2004 they began to attract a wider audience by venturing into different styles of music. In February 2008 the duo temporarily separated after the Edison Chen photo scandal involving Gillian Chung. The group reunited two years later in 2010.
F4 or JVKV was a Taiwanese boy band consisting of Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, Ken Chu, and Vic Chou. The group F4 was formed in 2001 after the Taiwanese drama Meteor Garden that they starred in was widely successful. Together they have starred in several Taiwanese drama series and released three albums, Meteor Rain (2001), Fantasy 4ever (2002), and Waiting for You (2007).
Kulilay Amit, Han Chinese name Chang Hui-mei, better known by her stage name A-Mei, is a Taiwanese singer and record producer of Puyuma descent. Born as Amit Kulilay in the rugged mountains of eastern Taiwan, she made her debut in 1996. Vanness Wu is a Taiwanese-American singer and actor. He was a member of the Taiwanese boyband F4 and the Korean Mandopop duo Kangta & Vanness.
Jerry Yan, born Liao Yangzhen, is a Taiwanese actor, model and singer. A former member of boy band group F4, Yan is known for his lead role as Daoming Si in the Taiwanese drama Meteor Garden and its sequel.
Meteor Garden is a 2001 Taiwanese drama starring Barbie Hsu, Jerry Yan, Vic Chou, Ken Chu, and Vanness Wu. It is the first live-action television adaptation of the Japanese manga series Boys Over Flowers by Yoko Kamio. It was produced by Comic Ritz International Production (可米瑞智國際藝能有限公司) with Angie Chai as producer and directed by Tsai Yueh-hsun. It was later followed by a sequel in 2002.
Vivian Hsu is a Taiwanese actress, model, and singer. In 1990, at 15, she won first place in a talent show in Taiwan and formed Girl's Team (1991–1993). Meteor Garden II is a 2002 Taiwanese drama starring Barbie Shu and F4: Jerry Yan, Vic Chou, Vanness Wu, and Ken Chu. While it is a sequel to the 2001 television series Meteor Garden, which is based on the Japanese manga series Hana Yori Dango, Meteor Garden II is an original series that is not based on the manga. It was produced by Comic Ritz International Production with Angie Chai (柴智屏) as producer and directed by Wang Ming-tai.
Rainie Yang Cheng Lin is a Taiwanese singer, actress, and television host. Yang began her career in 2000 as a member of girl group 4 in Love and after the group disbanded in 2002, she began a successful solo career with her album, My Intuition, in 2005. In addition to singing, she is known for co-hosting the variety show Guess from 2002 to 2007, and for her acting roles in TV dramas Meteor Garden in 2001, Devil Beside You (2005), Why Why Love (2007), and Hi My Sweetheart (2009), for which she received the Best Actress award at the Golden Bell Awards.

It is a supplementary mini-series of the Meteor Garden series which is based on the Japanese manga series, Boys Over Flowers, written and illustrated by Yoko Kamio. It was produced by Comic Ritz International Production (可米瑞智國際藝能有限公司) with Angie Chai as producer. It consists of three stand alone episodes that happened at different times before, during and after Meteor Garden. They are referred to as chapters focusing on each F4 members, except for Hua Ze Lei.
Flower in the Wonderland is Taiwanese Mandopop artist Angela Chang's fourth Mandarin studio album. It was released on 12 January 2007 by Linfair Records. Two further editions were released, Flower in the Wonderland on 9 March 2007, with a bonus DVD containing eight music videos and a 52-page photobook and Flower in the Wonderland on 19 March 2007.
