Kep1going On is the first Korean studio album and second studio album overall by South Korean girl group Kep1er. It was released by WakeOne on June 3, 2024, and contains ten tracks, including the lead single "Shooting Star" and the Korean version of their Japanese singles "Grand Prix" and "Straight Line". This album marks the group's last release as a nine-member ensemble, with members Yeseo and Mashiro departing from the group in July 2024.
On February 13, 2024, WakeOne released a teaser image revealing plans for Kep1er to release a Japanese and Korean album within the year. [2] Later that year, Kep1er released their Japanese album Kep1going on May 8. [3]
On May 13, WakeOne officially announced Kep1er's first Korean studio album Kep1going On. [4] The track listing was released on May 16, with "Shooting Star" announced as the album's lead single. [5] Teasers for the music video of "Shooting Star" were released on May 30 and 31. [6] [7]

Girls Planet 999 is a 2021 South Korean reality competition show created by Mnet. It premiered on August 6, 2021, and was originally broadcast every Friday at 8:20 PM KST for the first eleven episodes until its finale on October 22, which was broadcast live at 8 PM KST. It was aired on the Mnet channel, IQIYI, AbemaTV, tvN Asia, or YouTube depending on the viewer's region.
Kep1er is a South Korean girl group formed by CJ ENM through the Mnet reality competition show Girls Planet 999 in 2021. The group consists of seven members: Kim Chae-hyun, Huening Bahiyyih, Choi Yu-jin, Kim Da-yeon, Seo Young-eun, Ezaki Hikaru, and Shen Xiaoting. Originally a nine-piece ensemble, former members Kang Ye-seo and Sakamoto Mashiro departed from the group in July 2024.
