Khoder Nasser is an Australian sports agent and boxing promoter who currently represents Sonny Bill Williams and Quade Cooper. [1]
Nasser is of Lebanese descent, hailing from the village of I’aal, south-east of Tripoli. He graduated from the University of Wollongong in New South Wales with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in economics and politics. [2] Nasser is Muslim, [2] and his father is a former president of the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils. He is married and lives near his parents in Sydney. [3]
Nasser met Anthony Mundine in the 1990s and the two connected, with Nasser eventually falling into a role as his manager. [2] In 2000, Mundine retired from rugby league, becoming a professional boxer that same year. Nasser and Mundine ended their business relationship in July 2012. [4] [5]
In 2008, Nasser became the manager of Sonny Bill Williams. Later that year, Williams left rugby league club the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs mid-season in controversial circumstances and transitioned to rugby union. [3] Williams began a part-time boxing career in 2009.
In 2011, Nasser became the manager of Quade Cooper. He also manages Cory Paterson. [6] Cooper began a part-time boxing career in 2013.
In 2013, Williams returned to rugby league. However, his contract was delayed as Nasser was not an accredited National Rugby League player agent. [7] [8]
In February 2013, a fight Nassar promoted between Williams and Francois Botha was marred in controversy over the scheduled length of the match, WBA accreditation, match-fixing claims and a failed drugs test. [1]
Anthony "The Man" Mundine Jr. is an Australian former professional boxer and former rugby league footballer. In boxing he competed from 2000 to March 2021, and held the WBA super-middleweight title twice between 2003 and 2008, the IBO middleweight title from 2009 to 2010, and the WBA interim super-welterweight title from 2011 to 2012. Mundine is well known for his heated rivalries with fellow Australians Danny Green and Daniel Geale.

Sonny William Williams is a New Zealand heavyweight boxer, and a former professional rugby league and rugby union footballer who last played as a second-row & lock forward for the Sydney Roosters in the National Rugby League. He is only the second person to represent New Zealand in rugby union after first playing for the country in rugby league, and is one of only 21 players to have won multiple Rugby World Cups.

Francois "Frans" Botha is a South African former professional boxer and kickboxer. In boxing he competed from 1990 to 2014, and is perhaps best known for winning the IBF heavyweight title against Axel Schulz in 1995, but was later stripped after failing a drug test. He later challenged twice for world heavyweight titles in 2000 and 2002. Botha has competed against former Heavyweight Champions Mike Tyson, Wladimir Klitschko, Lennox Lewis, Michael Moorer and late in their respective careers, Evander Holyfield. Botha participated once in mixed martial arts in 2004.

Quade Santini Cooper is a professional rugby union player and occasional boxer. Although a New Zealand citizen, he has represented Australia in rugby at international level. He is a former player for the Queensland Reds and the Melbourne Rebels in the Super Rugby competition in Australia. His preferred position is fly-half.
Cory Paterson is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a second-row forward.

The 2011 Super Rugby Final, was played between the Queensland Reds from Australia and the Crusaders from New Zealand on 9 July 2011. It was the 16th final in the Super Rugby competition's history and the first under the new 15-team format. The Reds had qualified in first place after the regular competition rounds, while the Crusaders qualified in third. The Reds went straight to the semi-final, where they beat New Zealand team the Blues. The Crusaders hosted a qualifying final in Nelson beating the Sharks, and then travelled to Cape Town and beat the Stormers in the other semi-final. As the Reds had qualified higher, the final was hosted in Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium.
