Kismat Konnection (Fate Connection) is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Aziz Mirza. The film stars Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan with Juhi Chawla in a guest appearance. Shah Rukh Khan is the narrator. Produced by Ramesh S. Taurani under the banner of Tips Industries, Kismat Konnection was released on 18 July 2008. [1]
Kismat Konnection is a remake of the Hollywood film, Just My Luck which stars Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. [2] [3]
This is a story about an Architect Raj Malhotra. While he was a top student in his school and college days, he is not having much luck in finding work, clients or projects. All he does, seems to go wrong. Raj Malhotra goes to a Romani named Haseena Bano Jaan. She advises him that his luck is not good and he needs a Good Luck Charm or a person who can change his life. Afterwards, Raj Malhotra meets Priya Saluja, who is ready to help the citizens of a community by trying to save a Community centre. Although they do not get along at first, Raj Malhotra eventually realizes that Priya Saluja is his lucky charm. Priya Saluja ends up helping Raj Malhotra through sticky situations and Raj Malhotra eventually figures out that she is, in fact, changing his life. Knowing this, Raj Malhotra lies to Priya Saluja by telling her that he will help her save the community center, but instead, he is trying to build a Shopping mall there so he can finally be recognized as an architect. He also falls in love with Priya Saluja and she too falls for him. However, when Priya Saluja finds out the truth about what Raj Malhotra is trying to do, she becomes sad. To make up for his lie, Raj Malhotra sells everything he has, not caring about his job. He proposes a plan to save the community center and ends up winning Priya's love and admiration.
Kismat Konnection (in other words "Connection of Fate") was previously titled Lucky Charm. Kapoor and Balan began shooting for the film in Toronto, Canada and later continued in Mumbai. [4] Actress Juhi Chawla played the role of a gypsy fortune-teller dressed in typical colorful bright attire. [4]

The music was composed by Pritam while lyrics had been written by Sayeed Quadri and Shabbir Ahmed. 'Soniye Ve' was composed by Sajid–Wajid. Remix songs were mixed by DJ Suketu and Aks. According to the Indian trade website Box Office India, with around 10,00,000 units sold, this film's soundtrack album was the year's fifteenth highest-selling. Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman is a 1992 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy-drama film directed by Aziz Mirza starring Nana Patekar, Amrita Singh, Shahrukh Khan and Juhi Chawla. Khan plays Raju, a young Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering from Darjeeling who comes to Bombay hoping to become a successful engineer. The film emerged as a commercial success. The movie plot is loosely inspired by the 1987 movie The Secret of My Success and the Raj Kapoor classic Shree 420 (1955). The rights to this film are owned by Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment.
Dil To Pagal Hai, is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language musical romance film directed by Yash Chopra. The film follows the love lives of the members of a musical troupe, in which two dancers played by Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor get entangled in a love triangle with their choreographer played by Shah Rukh Khan, with Akshay Kumar as the childhood friend of Dixit's character. The film marked Khan's second film with Chopra after Darr (1993), and the third film to feature Khan opposite Dixit, after Anjaam (1994) and Koyla (1997), and Kapoor for the first time. This is also the only film to star Khan and Kumar, and Dixit and Kapoor. The soundtrack was composed by Uttam Singh, while the lyrics were penned by Anand Bakshi.

Salaam-e-Ishq also known as Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute To Love, is a 2007 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Nikkhil Advani. The film features an ensemble cast of Anil Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Govinda, Shannon Esra, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Akshaye Khanna, Ayesha Takia, John Abraham, Vidya Balan, Sohail Khan and Isha Koppikar. Naajayaz (transl. Illegitimate) is a 1995 Indian action thriller film directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced on a budget of ₹26.8 million. It was a critical and commercial success.
