Ko Chang-seok (born October 13, 1970) is a South Korean actor. Ko began his career on stage, performing in plays and musicals for many years before moving on to bit parts in films. He once earned his living by working on farms and in iron foundries, [3] then acquired fame through his scene-stealing roles in Jang Hoon's films, notably as the movie director in Rough Cut (2008), [4] and the Vietnamese gang boss in Secret Reunion (2010). [5] He has since become one of the busiest supporting actors in Korean cinema. [6] [7]
Ko's real-life wife and daughter played his character's family in the period film The Showdown (2011). [8]

He debuted in 1977 and after completing his mandatory military service, he debuted in 1982 as the 10th public relations actor for the Korea Broadcasting Corporation (KBS), became a voice actor for a year, and re-entered his KBS 18th career in 1983. I Want to Know Your Parents is a 2022 South Korean mystery drama film directed by Kim Ji-hoon and written by Gim Gyung-mi. Limit is a 2022 South Korean crime thriller film directed by Lee Seung-Jun, starring Lee Jung-hyun, Moon Jeong-hee, Choi Deok-moon and Park Myung-hoon. The film revolves around life safety policewoman So-eun, who as an undercover officer plays the mother of a serial kidnapping victim, faces the extreme crisis while solving the worst kidnapping ever case. It was released on August 31, 2022.
