Kolya (Persian : كليا‎, also Romanized as Kolyā; also known as Keyā and Kīā)^[1] is a village in Shohada Rural District, Yaneh Sar District, Behshahr County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 103, in 34 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Shohada Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Yaneh Sar District, Behshahr County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,341, in 970 families. The rural district has 17 villages.

Yaneh Sar District is a district (bakhsh) in Behshahr County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,625, in 2,829 families. The District has no cities. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Ashrestaq Rural District and Shohada Rural District.
