Banyumas Regency is an inland regency in the southwestern part of Central Java province in Indonesia. Its capital is the town of Purwokerto, but that town no longer has a central administration and is split over four of the districts within the Regency, with a combined population of 233,865 as of mid-2023. The Regency covers an area of 1,391.15 km2, and had a population of 1,554,527 at the 2010 Census and 1,776,918 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate of the population as of mid-2023 was 1,828,573.

Rokan Hulu is a regency (kabupaten) of Riau Province of Indonesia. It is located on the island of Sumatra. Rokan Hulu Regency was created on 4 October 1999 as a result of the division of Kampar Regency, of which it was previously the western 24%. The new Regency was established under Law No. 53 of 1999 and Law No. 11 of 2003 on changes to Law Decree No. 53 of 1999, which is reinforced by the Constitutional Court Decision No. 010 / PUU-1/2004, dated 26 August 2004. It mainly occupies the upper part of the catchment area of the Rokan River, and has an area of 7,588.13 km². It had 474,843 inhabitants at the 2010 Census and 561,385 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 573,520. The administrative centre of the regency is located at the town of Pasir Pengaraian in Rambah District.
West Manggarai Regency is one of the eight regencies which comprise the island of Flores, located in the province of East Nusa Tenggara in Indonesia. The Regency was created on 25 February 2003 by the separation off of the western districts from Manggarai Regency. It covers a land area of 3,141.47 km2, and had a population of 221,703 at the 2010 census, rising to 251,689 at the 2015 Intermediate census and to 256,317 at the 2020 census. The official estimate as at mid 2023 was 270,917. The regency's capital is the town of Labuan Bajo.
Manggarai Regency is a regency in East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia, situated on the island of Flores. Established in 1958 the regency was reduced in size and population by the separation of the more western districts to form West Manggarai Regency in 2003 and of the more eastern districts to form East Manggarai Regency in 2007. The area of the residual Manggarai Regency is 1,343.83 km2 and its population was 292,037 at the 2010 census and 312,855 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 328,758. The capital of the regency is the town of Ruteng.
Nagekeo Regency is a regency on the island of Flores in East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. It covers an area of 1,416.96 km2 and had a population of 130,120 at the 2010 Census, and 159,732 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 166,063, comprising 82,016 males and 83,986 females. The regency was established on 2 January 2007 by separation of the former eastern districts from Ngada Regency; it has its administrative seat (capital) in the town of Mbay on the north coast of Flores. It is bordered to the west by the residual Ngada Regency and to the east by Ende Regency, while to the north is the Flores Sea and to the south is the Savu Sea.

It was created on 4 October 1999 by the division of the former Bungo Tebo Regency into a new Tebo Regency in the west and this Bungo Regency in the east. The Bungo Regency covers an area of 4,659 km2. As at the 2010 census, the regency had a population of 303,135 and 362,363 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 376,382 - comprising 191,594 males and 184,788 females. The administrative capital is the town of Muara Bungo.
East Kotawaringin Regency is one of the thirteen regencies which comprise the Central Kalimantan Province on the island of Kalimantan (Borneo), Indonesia. It originally covered a much larger part of the province, having been split from a single Kotawaringin Regency on 26 June 1959 into separate regencies for East and West Kotawaringin, but on 10 April 2002 several districts in the west of the regency were split off to form the new Seruyan Regency, and several districts in the east of the regency were similarly split off to form the new Katingan Regency. The area of the residual East Kotawaringin Regency is 16,796 km2, and its population was 374,175 at the 2010 Census, and 428,900 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 443,359. The town of Sampit is the capital of East Kotawaringin Regency.
Mempawah Regency is a regency of West Kalimantan Province of Indonesia. Originally including a wider area of West Kalimantan, this Pontianak Regency was reduced on 4 October 1999 by the north-eastern districts being removed to form a new Landak Regency, and was further reduced on 17 July 2007 by its southern districts cut out to create a new Kubu Raya Regency. Since 2007 the residual regency covers 1,935.42 km2, and had a population of 234,021 at the 2010 Census and 301,560 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 312,785. The administrative centre is at the town of Mempawah.
North Buton Regency is a regency of Indonesia's Southeast Sulawesi Province, which was separated from Buton Regency in accordance with Indonesia's Law Number 14 of 2007. The area of the regency, which covers the north part of Buton Island, is 1,923.03 km2. Its population was 54,736 at the 2010 Census and 66,653 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 72,757. The administrative capital of the regency is at the town of Buranga, in Bonegunu District.
Manokwari Regency is a regency in West Papua, Indonesia. Following the splitting away of twenty of its former districts in 2013, it now covers an area of 2,762.89 km2 and had a population of 192,663 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 201,821.
