The Kuwait national beach handball team is the national team of Kuwait. It is governed by the Kuwait Handball Association and takes part in international beach handball competitions.
In 2015, the Kuwait Handball Association was suspended from the International Handball Federation and banned from "sporting contact" with IHF member federations. [1]

The Australia national handball team is the national handball team of Australia, representing the country in international matches. Handball Australia is the national governing body for the Olympic Sport of Handball and for the sport of Beach Handball. Australia has consistently won the Oceania championships in both men's and women's division. In 2014 the International Handball Federation (IHF) decided to exclude Australia from the 2015 World Men's Handball Championship.
The Pan-American Team Handball Federation (PATHF) has been the continental governing body for handball, beach handball, wheelchair handball and snow handball in Americas since 23 May 1977. PATHF includes North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. PATHF's primary functions is to organize competitions for national teams and clubs, and to conduct Men's World Handball Championship and Women's World Handball Championship qualifying tournaments.
The Asian Handball Federation (AHF) is the governing body of handball and beach handball in Asia. It has 44 member countries, mostly located on the Asian continent, but excludes the transcontinental countries with territory in both Europe and Asia – Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russian Federation and Turkey – which are instead members of European Handball Federation (EHF). Three other states located along the western fringe of Asia – Cyprus, Armenia and Israel – are also EHF members. Hong Kong China and Macau, although not independent countries, are also members of the AHF.

Founded in 1983, BHF is affiliated to the International Handball Federation and Asian Handball Federation. Handball in Kuwait was founded by Sheikh Fahad Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who is a member of House of Sabah, the ruling family of Kuwait. He was also the first President of KHA.
