Kylie Presents Golden was a promotional tour by Australian recording artist Kylie Minogue, in support of her fourteenth studio album, Golden (2018). The tour comprised five shows in Europe and one show in North America.
In contrast to Minogue's previous tours (with the exception of the Anti Tour), the singer conducted the tour as a short strip of concerts in small venues, performing to reduced crowds and in an intimate setting. [1]
Speaking on the tour, Minogue stated:
"I'm so excited to perform songs from my new album Golden in these iconic European clubs. Each of these venues is very special and—just as I found making the new album in Nashville to be so energising—these shows will be new, intimate and fun. I just can’t wait to bring these new songs to life and of course, throw in a few surprises for my fans." [2]
In July 2018, Minogue announced an additional thirteen European concerts, which were planned to be a part of the promotional tour. These shows were scheduled to take place in November, consisting of her and her band "sharing the new album" with "a few surprises". [3] However, in late September, Minogue announced that these dates would instead be part of the Golden Tour. [4]

Intimate and Live is the debut live album by Australian singer and songwriter Kylie Minogue. It was released on 30 November 1998 as a double CD set, and on 23 July 2002 as a DVD through BMG, Mushroom Records and Warner Vision. The concert was filmed at Capitol Theatre on 1 July 1998 from the Intimate and Live concert tour. Produced by David Wilson and directed by Mark Adamson and Michael Williams, both the album and DVD features twenty-one songs from the concert and spawned a promotional single, "Dancing Queen".

KylieX2008 was the tenth concert tour by Australian recording artist Kylie Minogue, in support of her tenth studio album, X (2007). The tour began on 6 May 2008 in Paris, France, at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy and concluded on 22 December 2008 in Melbourne, Australia, at the Rod Laver Arena. Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour, also known as Aphrodite Live, was the twelfth concert tour by Australian singer Kylie Minogue. It was launched in support of her eleventh studio album, Aphrodite (2010). The tour was officially announced in September 2010, initially with European venues confirmed. Additional British dates were added in January 2011, alongside North American and Asian dates. Australian dates were confirmed in March 2011, and in May of the same year, Minogue announced she would tour Africa for the first time. The stage of the tour was composed of an Ancient Greek temple wall and two runways leading to a B-stage, which included a three-tiered scissor lift surrounded by water fountains. Thirty water jets created by The Fountain People, a tilted rotating platform and aerial performer displays were also part of the staging, paying homage to Greek mythology and culture. Effects and staging were provided by TAIT Towers, who described the stage as "one of the most technically advanced ever built". Fashion designers Dolce & Gabbana created the costumes for the tour.

This is Minogue's first album with BMG, and her first musical release since Kylie Christmas (2015). Minogue began work on the album in London and Los Angeles before briefly visiting Nashville. She was inspired by Nashville's culture and music, particularly its country music influences. Inspired by her journey, she enlisted several producers to create new music, including Ash Howes, Richard "Biff" Stannard, Sky Adams, Alex Smith, and Mark Taylor, among others.

The previously announced European leg was incorporated into the tour in September of the same year, and the Australian leg was announced in November.

It was released for digital download and contemporary hit radio on 3 May 2019 by BMG as the lead single from her fourth major greatest hits album, Step Back in Time: The Definitive Collection (2019). The song was written by Minogue, Myles MacInnes, Karen Poole and its producer DJ Fresh. "New York City" contains a sample of "Drop the Pressure" by Mylo.
