The LNB Pro A Best Scorer, or Top Scorer, is the best scorer of the season award, of the top-tier level men's professional club basketball league in France, the LNB Pro A. In basketball, points are the sum of the score accumulated through free throws or field goals. The LNB Pro A's scoring title is awarded to the player with the highest points per game average in a given regular season. Before the 1976–77 season, the league's Top Scorer was the player who scored the most total points in the league during the season. Since the 1976–77 season, the league's Top Scorer is the player with the highest scoring average per game during the season.

The LNB Élite, currently known for sponsorship reasons as Betclic Élite, is the top-tier men's professional basketball league in France. The competition has existed since 1921. Since 1987, the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB) has governed the league.
Rodrigue Gabriel Beaubois is a French professional basketball player for Anadolu Efes of the Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) and the EuroLeague.
Angelo Constantin Tsagarakis is a retired French-Greek professional basketball player who played both point guard and shooting guard. Tsagarakis played college basketball at Oregon State University, with the Oregon Beavers, and at Cal Poly Pomona, with the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.
He is since April 2022 the head coach of all Greek 3x3 basketball national teams.
Recognized as one of the premier 3x3 players on the international scene, he was a member and leader of the French National Team that competed and brought back the bronze medal at the 2017 FIBA 3x3 World Cup.
While representing France in international competitions between 2017 and 2018, Tsagarakis brought back two long distance shooting gold medals at the 2017 World Cup in Nantes and the 2018 Europe Cup in Bucharest.
He was also the top FIBA ranked French 3x3 player for the year 2015.
AS Monaco Basket, commonly referred to as AS Monaco or simply Monaco, is a French-registered Monaco-based professional basketball club. They are a part of the Monaco-based multi-sports club of A.S. Monaco, which was founded in 1924.
Tyren Milton Johnson is an American professional basketball player who last played for SLUC Nancy Basket of the LNB Pro A. A native of Edgard, Louisiana, Johnson played college basketball at Louisiana where he was named the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year as a senior in 2009–10. Since 2010 he has competed professionally and was named an NBA Development League All-Star in 2011–12.
Edward Murphy is a retired American professional basketball player. During his playing career, Murphy was nicknamed Radar, "Lucky Luke", and "Ed-la-Gâchette", which in French means, “Ed-the-Trigger”. During his pro club career, Murphy won two European-wide third-tier level FIBA Korać Cup championships, in the 1981–82 and 1982–83 seasons. He also won the Belgian Basketball League championship in the 1979–80 season, three French Pro A League championships, three French Federation Cup titles, and two Swiss Cup titles.

Élie-Franck Okobo is a French professional basketball player for AS Monaco Basket of the LNB Pro A and the EuroLeague. A 6 ft 3 in (1.91 m) tall combo guard, the Bordeaux native began his club career at age 16. Okobo subsequently competed for the youth team of Élan Béarnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez, reaching the LNB Espoirs title game in 2016. In the 2016–17 season, he assumed a greater role with the senior team, and in the following year, he became a regular starter.
Sekou Oumar Doumbouya is a French professional basketball player for MoraBanc Andorra of the Spanish Liga ACB. He plays both the small forward and power forward positions.
Myles Edward Sinclair Hesson is a British professional basketball player for the Fuerza Regia de Monterrey of the Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional (LNBP).
Marcus Johnny Rashaan Keene is an American basketball player for Maroussi of the Greek Basketball League (GBL) and the FIBA Europe Cup (FEC). He gained national prominence in 2016–17 season as a redshirt junior while at Central Michigan University, having been profiled by Sports Illustrated, the NCAA, and ESPN because of his prolific scoring ability. Keene is a 5'9" point guard who averaged 30.0 points per game his junior year at Central Michigan, the highest average in NCAA Division I men's basketball that season.
Ferenc Németh, also commonly known as François Németh, was a Hungarian-French professional basketball player. He played at the center position. He was named one of FIBA's 50 Greatest Players in 1991.
Johnny Berhanemeskel is a Canadian professional basketball player for BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque of the LNB Pro A.
Christopher Adam Clemons is an American professional basketball player for SLUC Nancy of the LNB Pro A. He played college basketball for the Campbell Fighting Camels.
Juhann Mathieu Begarin is a French professional basketball player for AS Monaco of the LNB Élite and the EuroLeague.
Marcus Gaither was an American-French professional basketball player, who played the guard position. In 1989–90 Gaither led the Israel Basketball Premier League in scoring. He then played in France for 11 years, and he ended his career playing for one season in the Italian Lega Basket Serie A.
DeAndre John Lansdowne is an American professional basketball player for the Niners Chemnitz of the German Basketball Bundesliga and the Champions League. He played high school basketball at Sandia High School in Albuquerque, and then played college basketball with the Fort Lewis Skyhawks in the NCAA Division II. After graduating in 2011, Lansdowne took a break from his basketball career until 2015, when he signed a contract with Pioneros de Delicias, a minor Mexican team. Later that same year he moved to Germany, where he spent 4 years playing at professional level; he obtained all-league honors in 2019 playing for Löwen Braunschweig. He also spent time in Italy and France.
David Booth is an American basketball executive and former professional player. A native of Peoria, Illinois, Booth played for Manual High School, where he reached the Class AA Tournaments in three consecutive seasons; he would later be inducted in the Greater Peoria Sports Hall of Fame. He then played 4 years of college basketball with DePaul, and graduated as the second best scorer in program history with 1,933 total points. After going undrafted in the 1992 NBA draft, Booth started his career in France and over a 13-year span he also played in Greece, Italy, Japan, the Philippines and Venezuela. In 2009, Booth was inducted in DePaul's Hall of Fame.
The 2021–22 Pro A season, known as Betclic Élite due to sponsorship from online gambling company Betclic, was the 100th season of the Pro A, the top basketball league in France organised by the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB). The regular season began on 1 October 2021 and the play-offs finished on 25 June 2022. Via promotion and relegation with LNB Pro B, Fos Provence Basket (Fos-sur-mer) and Paris Basketball joined the league, replacing Élan Chalon and Boulazac Basket Dordogne.
The 2022–23 Pro A season, known as Betclic Élite due to sponsorship from online gambling company Betclic, was the 101st season of the Pro A, the top basketball league in France organised by the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB). The regular season began on 23 September 2022 and ended on 16 May 2023. Via promotion and relegation with LNB Pro B, SLUC Nancy Basket and ADA Blois Basket 41 joined the league, replacing Orléans Loiret and Champagne Châlons Reims.
