Athletics
Since the school was founded in 1998, La Salle has won four team State Championships and many tennis, golf, and track individual State Championships. Home to the La Salle Lightning, the school offers cheer, football, soccer, volleyball, cross country, basketball, track, tennis, golf, baseball, boys soccer, and softball teams. In 2010 La Salle opted up to the 1A classification and currently competes in the South Central Athletic Conference (SCAC) athletic league.
In the 2018–2019 school year, La Salle won both the 1A Girls' Soccer State Championship and the 1A Girls' Basketball State Championship.
Campus
La Salle has been developing its master plan since moving to the Union Gap campus in 2000. The academic buildings include Roy Hall, Lightning Hall, the Gamache Science Center and several temporary classrooms where future buildings will be built. At the center of campus is the Gamache Chapel of Saint John Baptist de La Salle. On the back of a chapel is a stage which opens up to a large outdoor amphitheater which holds many of the school's celebrations including graduation. The forty acre campus includes a soccer, baseball, fastpitch, practice football field and large gymnasium, as well as a number of tennis courts and a weight lifting facility. On far end of campus near the Ahtanum Creek, La Salle has built a full service fish hatchery in cooperation with the Yakama Nation. The hatchery is completely managed by La Salle students and teachers and is helping to re-establish important salmon runs on this area of the watershed. Nearby the hatchery students operate beehives that produce Lightning Honey each year and serve as a resource for scientific study.
Recently, the school completed construction of its weights and exercise facility, with plans for additional buildings in the works, including an administration building, a classroom building, a visual and performing arts center, a media tech center, and a football stadium.
De La Salle University, also referred to as DLSU, De La Salle or La Salle, is a private, Catholic coeducational research university run by the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila, Philippines. It was established by the Christian Brothers in 1911 as De La Salle College (DLSC) in Nozaleda Street, Paco, Manila with Blimond Pierre Eilenbecker, FSC serving as director, and is the first De La Salle school in the Philippines. The college was granted university status on February 19, 1975, and is the oldest constituent of De La Salle Philippines (DLSP), a network of 16 educational institutions, established in 2006 replacing the De La Salle University System.

De La Salle Araneta University, also referred to by its acronym, is a private Catholic Lasallian co-educational basic and higher education institution supervised by the Philippine District of the De La Salle Christian Brothers in Malabon, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was established in 1946 in Bulacan and named Araneta Institute of Agriculture. It was then transferred to the city of Malabon the year after. In 1978 it was renamed the Gregorio Araneta University Foundation. Integration of the university with the DLS System started in 1987 until 2002 when it officially became a member of the system. It is the fifth university in the De La Salle schools network. The university specializes in Veterinary Medicine and Agricultural Sciences. It is a member of De La Salle Philippines, a network of several Lasallian educational institutions within the Lasallian East Asia District.
La Salle Catholic College Preparatory is a private co-ed Roman Catholic College Preparatory School in Milwaukie, Oregon, near Portland. Under the Archdiocese of Portland, the Brothers of the Christian Schools established La Salle in 1966 as part of their worldwide network of schools. The school has been accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission since 1979.
Sandwich Secondary School is a school in LaSalle, Ontario. It has about 1,050 students, and teaches about half of the students in LaSalle, along with St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Secondary School. Sandwich Secondary School is part of the Greater Essex County District School Board, or GECDSB. It was named after the former town of Sandwich, which used to encompass the western shores of Windsor, as well as LaSalle.
Saint Paul's School is a private all-boys Lasallian high school, located in Covington, Louisiana just to the north of New Orleans, United States. Located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New Orleans, the school is run by the Christian Brothers and is one of the 1,000 Lasallian schools in more than 80 countries. It is part of 300 years of history originating from the founding of the Christian Brother Schools by Saint Jean Baptiste de La Salle. In 2015 and 2021, the United States Department of Education recognized St. Paul's as a Blue Ribbon School.

De La Salle North High School is a private, coeducational, Roman Catholic high school in Portland, Oregon, United States. It is a part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Portland. The school is located in the Cully neighborhood, co-locating with the St. Charles Parish; De La Salle renovated the old parish elementary school wing and built a commons, courtyard and gymnasium. The doors to the new campus were opened on September 7, 2021.
Catholic High School of New Iberia, Louisiana, has predecessors dating to 1918 and was opened in its current form in 1957 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, and is located on De La Salle Drive, a road named after Saint Jean-Baptiste de la Salle, the man who founded the Brothers in 1680. De la Salle, an innovator in the field of education, was canonised by the Catholic Church on 24 May 1900, and in 1950 Pope Pius XII declared him to be the Patron Saint of teachers. The school was once boys-only.
College of St. John–Roxas, also known simply as St. John, is a private college run under the supervision of the De La Salle Brothers, and now a member of the Association of Lasallian Affiliated Schools (ALAS) under the De La Salle Philippines located in Roxas City, Philippines. It has been known as University of St. La Salle – Affiliate College and La Salle Affiliate College. In June 2000, the school managed the high school department of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Learning Center.
St. Benilde School, officially St. Benilde School, Inc. or colloquially known as Benilde, is a Private Catholic High school and Elementary school in Lasalleville, Mansilingan, Bacolod, Philippines. It is one of the Lasallian educational institutions in the country. Benilde underwent through the supervision of University of St. La Salle and the De La Salle Brothers, and is now a member of Association of Lasallian Affiliated Schools (ALAS), a network of Lasallian private schools. The school serves the community of students from neighboring subdivisions such as Lasalleville, St. Benilde Homes, Grandville, Hillside, Forest Hills, and Regent Pearl. It was founded as a La Salle School by Br. Rolando Dizon FSC, a past President of De La Salle University, Manila, in 1987.
