Lafayette Transit System (LTS) is the operator of public transportation in metropolitan Lafayette, Louisiana.
Thirteen (13) routes run daily except on Sunday, generally functioning at half hour or hour intervals. During the late evening and late night hours, buses keep running, with four routes covering specific zones of the city. All LTS buses are low floor and handicapped accessible, and each also features a bike rack.
Fixed-route bus service times are Monday through Saturday 5:45 AM - 10:30 PM. Beginning at 6:35 PM, LTS begins its Night Owl fixed route service with four (4) consolidated bus routes serving citizens from the Rosa Parks Transportation Center every hour. Last regular route buses depart from the Transportation Center at 9:30P M nightly.
LTS does not provide bus service on: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Mardi Gras Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

The Jule offers transit bus routes throughout the city, trolley-replica transportation in Downtown Dubuque and the Port of Dubuque, and on-demand paratransit "MiniBus" service citywide. As of the 2011 rebranding, the transit system and city are now both named after Julien Dubuque. In FY 2010, the Jule recorded 371,000 rides.

Fort Smith Transit is the primary provider of mass transportation in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Fix routes are operated Monday through Saturday on an hourly schedule with two timed-transfer points. One additional route operates Monday through Friday and has a timed-transfer point with one other route.
The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Black Hawk County, marketed as MET Transit, is the primary provider of mass transportation in the cities of Waterloo and Cedar Falls, Iowa. The agency was founded in 1972, after the private National City Lines, which had operated public transit under contract from the city, pulled out of providing fixed routes, which led to the city directly taking over this service.
Sioux City Transit, is the primary provider of mass transportation in Woodbury County, Iowa. Ten routes operate from Monday through Saturday. Via Route 9, a connection can also be made with the suburb of South Sioux City, Nebraska across the Missouri River. However, beginning January 3, 2009, Route 9 only operates Monday-Friday.
Metro McAllen is the primary provider of mass transportation in Hidalgo County, Texas. The agency was established in 1997 in response to massive population growth. In 2001, the McAllen Central Station was opened in Downtown McAllen, which provides a transit hub for all local lines, as well as connects to a variety of domestic and international bus lines. The City of McAllen created the Transit Department that same year to help manage the recently created McAllen Central Station. In January 2005, the Transit Department took over operations of the McAllen Express Transit (MET). In February 2011, MET officially changed to Metro McAllen. The transit agency has grown to 8 routes currently and operates from Monday through Sunday. In fiscal year 2019, 637,360 people used these lines.
U.S. Highway 90 Business is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Lafayette Parish. It spans 2.6 miles (4.2 km) in a northwest to southeast direction and it is signed as Business 90, with no directional shields. It is known as University Avenue and Pinhook Road. Most of the route follows the previous alignment of US 90 through downtown Lafayette.
