It also operates bus service to two cities in Fort Bend County, and to Conroe in Montgomery County. The Metro headquarters are in the Lee P. Brown Administration Building in Downtown Houston. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 60,121,300, or about 225,600 per weekday as of the third quarter of 2023.

As of January 29, 2018 the Board of Directors has voted to rebrand bus services as Trinity Metro, replacing the previous and long standing name. The station is located within the Texas Medical Center and is located at the intersection of Fannin Street and Pressler Street. A pedestrian overpass connects the light rail platforms with platforms for buses.

CapMetro Rail is a hybrid rail system that serves the Greater Austin area in Texas and is owned by CapMetro, Austin's primary public transportation provider. The Red Line is CapMetro's first and currently only rail line, and connects Downtown Austin with Austin's northwestern suburbs. The line operates on 32 miles (51 km) of existing freight tracks, and serves nine stations. After a series of delays, CapMetro Rail was inaugurated in March 2010. CapMetro added Friday evening and Saturday afternoon and evening regularly scheduled service on March 23, 2012. In 2022, the line had a ridership of 466,800, or about 1,500 per weekday as of the third quarter of 2023.

South Pasadena station is an at-grade light rail station on the A Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. It is located at the intersection of Mission Street and Meridian Avenue in South Pasadena, California, after which the station is named. The station opened on July 26, 2003, as part of the original Gold Line, then known as the "Pasadena Metro Blue Line" project.
Kent station is a train station in the city of Kent, Washington, United States, served by the S Line of the Sounder commuter rail network. It is located in downtown Kent and consists of two train platforms connected via a pedestrian overpass, a parking garage, and several bus bays. The station also has 996 parking stalls and is served by King County Metro and Sound Transit Express buses. Train service to Kent began in 2001 and the station's garage opened the following year. King County Metro began service from the bus bays in 2005, after a third phase of construction. Sound Transit plans to build a second parking garage in 2027 to accommodate additional demand at the station.

It is located alongside South Indiana Street as the line transitions between 1st Street and 3rd Street on the eastern edge of the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. This station opened in 2009 as part of the Gold Line Eastside Extension.
Highland station is a CapMetro Rail hybrid rail station in Austin, Texas. It is located in northeast Austin at the intersection of Airport Boulevard and Highland Mall Boulevard, just northwest of the I-35/Highway 290 interchange directly across the street from Highland Mall.
Howard station is a CapMetro Rail hybrid rail station in Austin, Texas. It is located in Northwest Austin at the corner of Howard Lane and MoPac Expressway. Howard includes a Park & Ride with 200 spaces.
Leander station is a CapMetro Rail hybrid rail station and park and ride in Leander, Texas. The park and ride portion of it, designed by McKinney York Architects, was built in 2007 and is located on Highway 183 just north of FM 2243 and is the northern terminus of the Red Line. Leander station is one of two stations located within Williamson County alongside Lakeline station as opposed to Travis County which contains the other seven locations. Leander station includes a park and ride with 600 spaces.
Project Connect is a transit expansion program by the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CapMetro) in Austin, Texas, U.S. The program was approved by voters on November 3, 2020, in a local election concurrent with the 2020 presidential election.
San Dimas station is an under construction light rail station in the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. The station is located on San Dimas Avenue near its intersection with Bonita Avenue along the Pasadena Subdivision right-of-way in San Dimas, California. It will be served by the A Line. It is currently under construction as part of the Foothill Extension Project and is slated to open in early 2025.

The station features a park and ride lot and is served by several local bus routes as well as MetroRapid Route 801. As part of Project Connect, a Capital MetroRail light rail station is planned to be built at the facility; it is planned to be the northern terminus of the system.
South Congress Transit Center is a Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus station in Austin, Texas. It is located off of Radam Lane on the south side of Ben White Boulevard, just west of South Congress Avenue in the SoCo area of Austin, Texas. The station features a park and ride lot and is served by several local bus routes as well as MetroRapid Route 801. As part of a future phase of Project Connect, a Capital MetroRail light rail station is expected to be built at the facility.
