Langeskov is a town in central Denmark, with a population of 4,363 (1 January 2024), [1] located in Kerteminde Municipality in Region of Southern Denmark on the island of Funen.
The town of Langeskov is primarily located in Rønninge parish and was established following the construction of the railway line between Odense and Nyborg in the 19th century. The town has grown rapidly and its northern part now crosses the old parish border and extends into the parish of Birkende. Until 1 January 2007, it was the seat of the municipal council of the now former Langeskov Municipality.
Langeskov is served by Langeskov railway station on the railway line across Funen. [3] The station re-opened in 2015 after being closed in 1977.
Langeskov has a model of Preikestolen to commemorate its twin town, Forsand.

Aarup is a railway town in central Denmark with a population of 3,246, located in Assens municipality on the island of Funen in Region of Southern Denmark.
Assens is a town with a population of 6,001 on the west coast of the island of Funen on the eastern side of the Little Belt in central Denmark. Årslev is a town in central Denmark on the island of Funen. It was located in Årslev Municipality, until 1 January 2007 when it became part of Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality. The town has a population of 4,367.

By road, Faaborg is located 42 kilometres (26 mi) southwest of Odense, 27 kilometres (17 mi) west-northwest of Svendborg, and roughly 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Middelfart, depending upon the route. Galten is a former railway town in central Denmark, at the Aarhus-Hammel-Thorsø railroad which was closed in 1956. The town is located in Skanderborg Municipality, Region Midtjylland, Jutland – about 17 kilometres – west of Aarhus and is now more or less a satellite town of Aarhus. Today, Galten has almost fused with the neighbouring eastern town of Skovby into an urban area with a population of 9,223.
Værløse is a town in Furesø Municipality in the northwestern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. As of 1 January 2024, it has a population of 13,248. Situated on the west side of the Hillerød Motorway, between Farum Lake to the north and Søndersø Lake to the south, it is surrounded by forest on three sides. Modern Værløse emerged around Værløse station in the 1950s. The original centre of the parish was the village of Kirke Værløse, located three kilometres to the west. The two communities have now almost merged.

Gelsted is a small town and parish in northwestern Funen, Denmark. Gelsted is located roughly halfway between Ejby and Aarup, 28 kilometers west of Odense. The parish is located in Middelfart Municipality, and a small portion is located in Assens Municipality, within the Region of Southern Denmark. 1 January 2024 the town had a population of 1,723 and the parish had a population of 2,312. Gelsted Church is located on the northwestern outskirts of the town.
