Lars Thomas Wassberg is a Swedish former cross-country skier. A fast skating style – push for every leg – is still called "Wassberg" after him in several countries. Wassberg's skiing idols when growing up were Sixten Jernberg and Oddvar Brå. He has described his mental strength and physical fitness as his greatest abilities as a skier, with his main weakness being a lack of sprinting ability.
Torgny Mogren is a Swedish former cross-country skier who competed from 1984 to 1998. He won the gold medal in the 4 × 10 km relay at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. His best individual finish was a fifth in the combined pursuit at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville.
Trygve Brodahl was a Norwegian cross-country skier who competed during the 1930s.
Toini Gustafsson Rönnlund is a Swedish former cross-country skier. She competed in the 1964 and 1968 Winter Olympics and won four medals. Gustafsson also won the 10 km race at the Holmenkollen ski festival in each of 1960, 1967, and 1968. At the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships she collected three medals with a silver in 1962 and two bronzes in 1966.
Lars Erik Eriksen is a retired Norwegian cross-country skier who competed in multiple events at the 1980 and 1984 Olympics and 1978 and 1982 World Championships. He had his best achievements in the 4 × 10 km relay, winning a bronze in 1978, a silver in 1980 and a gold in 1982, and finishing in fourth place at the 1984 Olympic Games. Individually, he performed better in longer distances, winning two medals in the 30 and 50 km at the 1982 World Championships and finishing fourth in the 50 km at the 1980 Olympic Games, though he also won the 1984 World Cup in the 15 km event. Eriksen retired in 1988, and later worked as a skiing coach, with Bjørn Dæhlie among others.
Martin Lundström was a Swedish cross-country skier who competed in the late 1940s and early 1950s. He was born in Tvärliden, Norsjö Municipality.
Erik August Larsson was a Swedish cross-country skier who competed in the 1930s. He won two medals at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with a gold in the 18 km and a bronze in the 4 × 10 km relay. The same year he was awarded the Svenska Dagbladet Gold Medal. Larsson also won a bronze in the 4 × 10 km relay at the 1935 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships.
Ål Lars Gunnar "Hulån" Larsson is a retired Swedish cross-country skier. He competed at the 1968 and 1972 Winter Olympics in the 15, 30, 50 and 4 × 10 km events and won two medals in 1968: a silver in the 4 × 10 km relay and a bronze over 15 km. In 1972 he finished fourth in the relay and 30 km events.
Pål Gunnar Mikkelsplass is a former Norwegian cross-country skier who competed from 1981 to 1997. He won the 15 km silver at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary.
Nils-Joel Englund was a Swedish cross-country skier who competed in the 1930s. He won a bronze medal in 50 km at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Hans Anders Södergren is a Swedish cross-country skier who has competed since 1999. He earned a bronze medal in the 4 × 10 km relay at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin and also finished 5th in the 15 km + 15 km double pursuit event at those same Olympics. In the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver he won a gold medal with the Swedish team in the 4 × 10 km relay.
Christer Majbäck is a Swedish former cross-country skier who competed at international top level from 1984 to 1999. He won a bronze medal in 10 km at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville.
Britt Marianne Strandberg is a former Swedish cross-country skier. She competed at the 1960, 1964 and 1968 Winter Olympics in the 3 × 5 km relay and 5 and 10 km events. She won three medals in the relay with a gold in 1960 and silvers in 1964 and 1968. Her best individual result was fourth place over 10 km in 1964, only 7.4 seconds behind the bronze medal.
Kari Härkönen is a Finnish former cross-country skier who competed during the early 1980s. He won two medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships with a gold in the 15 km in 1985 and a bronze in the 4 × 10 km relay. He was born in Ristijärvi.
Lars Håland is a former Swedish cross-country skier who competed from 1986 to 1999. He won two medals at the 1989 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, with a gold in the 4 × 10 km relay, and a bronze in the 15 km freestyle. Håland also earned his only World Cup victory at Falun, Sweden in 1989.
Bernt Thomas Magnuson is a retired Swedish cross-country skier. He competed at the 1972 Winter Olympics in the 30 km and the 4 × 10 km relay and placed 28th and fourth, respectively. He won three medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, including golds in the 30 km (1974) and the 4 × 10 km relay (1978) and a bronze in the 50 km (1974). Magnusson also won the 50 km event at the 1977 Holmenkollen ski festival.
Carl Marcus Joakim Hellner is a Swedish former cross-country skier who competed between 2003 and 2018. He retired at the end of the 2017-18 FIS World Cup season.
Johan Arne Olsson is a Swedish cross-country skiing coach and former skier. He is a two-time Olympic champion who raced from 1998 to 2017. Olsson won five individual FIS Cross-Country World Cup victories and two additional podium finishes during his career.
Anna Margret Jönsson Haag is a Swedish retired cross-country skier who competed between 2003 and 2018. At the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics Haag won gold in the 4 × 5 km relay, earning Sweden the first gold medal in the women's relay event since 1960.
