Lee Hae-in (born July 4, 1994) is a South Korean creative director, singer and actress. She is a former contestant on Produce 101 and a member of I.B.I, a girl group formed by LOEN Entertainment in August 2016. [1] In 2017, she appeared as a contestant on another girl group competition, Idol School. She is now the creative director of the girl group Kiss of Life. [1] In December 2024, she signed a contract with DOD to manage the group, Close Your Eyes. [2]
In 2019, following the Mnet vote manipulation investigation, Lee's father alleged through her fan site that CJ ENM suggested during her audition that she sign with their subsidiary agency to ensure that she would be able to debut after elimination, and she had done so out of fear of not being accepted into Idol School. However, after being eliminated, CJ ENM did not follow up and she was unable to sign contracts with other agencies. In response, CJ ENM issued an apology. [3] [4] Following the news, Lee revealed on Instagram and on PD Note the poor conditions she and other contestants worked under. [5]
On May 12, 2023, it was revealed that Haein is the creative director for S2 Entertainment's newest girl group Kiss of Life, where Thai entertainer and fellow Idol School contestant Natty also would be in the group as a member.[ citation needed ] Haein expressed gratitude for being part of the project and thanks everyone for their support. In December 2024, she signed a contract with DOD to manage their first K-pop group, Close Your Eyes. [2]

Produce 101 Season 2 is a 2017 boy group survival reality show on Mnet, and is the second season of the original South Korean version of the franchise. The public "produces" a boy group by choosing 11 members among 101 trainees from 54 entertainment companies through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public also chose the group's concept, debut song and group name. In the season finale on June 16, 2017, which was broadcast live, the show announced the final 11 members who would debut as Wanna One. More than 16 million people cast their votes during the finale, equivalent to around 30% of South Korea's population.
Idol School is a 2017 reality girl group survival show on Mnet. The program aimed to form a 9-member girl group from a pool of 41 female participants, training them in singing, dancing and other "subjects" over an 11-week time period.
Fromis 9 is a South Korean girl group formed by CJ E&M through the 2017 reality show Idol School. The group is composed of eight members: Song Ha-young, Lee Chae-young, Lee Na-gyung, Park Ji-won, and Baek Ji-heon. Originally a nine-piece group, Jang Gyu-ri departed the group in July 2022.

Produce 48 is the third season of the South Korean reality competition series Produce 101. It was a large-scale project in which the public "produces" a girl group by voting for members out of a pool of 96 contestants from South Korea and Japan, as well as voting for the group's concept, name and debut single. The show was a collaboration between the Mnet series Produce 101 and the J-pop idol group AKB48. The winning 12 contestants, with no nationality caps, as voted only by Korean viewers, would promote as a group for two years and six months. The program itself is primarily in Korean, however staff and trainer instructions were translated onsite by interpreters. The show announced the final 12 members who made it into, as well as the official name of the group Iz*One during the finale on August 31, 2018.
AKB48 Group, or AKB48 sister groups, shortened to 48 Group or 48g, refers to the sister groups of the Japanese idol girl group AKB48. Based on the same concept "idols you can meet", it currently consists of five sister groups in locations across Japan and seven sister groups in major Asian cities overseas from Indonesia to Thailand. The Japan-based sister groups not only release their own singles, but also perform on some of the AKB48 singles and events. They also send participants in the AKB48 annual events such as the AKB48 general election. The sister groups outside Japan release local-language versions of the AKB48 singles. Produce X 101 is a 2019 South Korean boy group survival reality show on Mnet and the fourth and final season of the Produce 101 franchise. The public, referred to as "national producers", "produces" a boy band by choosing 11 members among the 101 trainees from 47 different entertainment companies and independent trainees through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public will also choose the group's concept, debut song, and group name. The show aired from May 3 to July 19, 2019. Contestant Kim Yohan from Oui Entertainment obtained the most votes at the end, becoming the debut group center. The group from this show was named X1, but after extensive voting manipulation was proven, the group was disbanded on January 6, 2020.

X1 was a South Korean boy group formed by CJ ENM through the Mnet reality competition show Produce X 101. It premiered on August 6, 2021, and was originally broadcast every Friday at 8:20 PM KST for the first eleven episodes until its finale on October 22, which was broadcast live at 8 PM KST.
