The spelling of names in English is according to the official website. [1] The Korean contestants are presented in Eastern order (family name, given name). The age listed is according to the Korean age system at the start of the competition. The new X rank means the contestants are the least prepared, and are the most vulnerable to be eliminated.

The songs' artist was chosen by a race. After picking an artist, the captains then chose a song and half of their team to create their final group, with the other half receiving the other song and becoming their opposing group.

For Vocal, Rap, and Dance positions, the top contestant for each song receives 100 times their votes, while the top contestant among all songs of each position receives a 100,000 vote bonus. For the "X" position, both bonuses are doubled. For "Me After You" and "Attention" teams, the number of votes received by some members was not posted.

The contestants were assigned into different concept songs through a voting system which took place between the first and second elimination rounds. When the second elimination round concluded, some contestants were reshuffled into different concept songs if their teams had more than six contestants. The contestant with the most votes in each team receives 500 times their votes. The winning team also receives an additional 200,000 vote bonus that is split based on each contestant's ranking: the contestant with the most votes receives 100,000 votes, while the remaining contestants receive 20,000 votes.

Sixteen is a 2015 reality girl group survival show created by JYP Entertainment and Mnet. The show pitted sixteen trainees against one another to secure a spot in the girl group Twice. Sixteen contestants were assessed not just by their singing and dancing abilities but also their charisma and personality. The show ran from May 5 to July 7 on Mnet for ten episodes.

Boys24 was a South Korean pre-debut boy band formed by CJ E&M through a 2016 survival show with the same name. There were twenty-seven members in the group divided into four units. Produce 101 Season 2 is a 2017 boy group survival reality show on Mnet, and is the second season of the original South Korean version of the franchise. The public "produces" a boy group by choosing 11 members among 101 trainees from 54 entertainment companies through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public also chose the group's concept, debut song and group name. In the season finale on June 16, 2017, which was broadcast live, the show announced the final 11 members who would debut as Wanna One. More than 16 million people cast their votes during the finale, equivalent to around 30% of South Korea's population.

Huh Chan-mi, is a South Korean singer. Huh made her debut in 2010 as a member of a South Korean co-ed group Coed School and its female unit F-ve Dolls from 2011 until her departure from the group in February 2012. Huh briefly returned to training and appeared on the survival shows Produce 101 (2016) and Mix Nine (2017). Huh later signed FirstOne Entertainment in 2020 prior to release her debut solo single album, Highlight, later that year.
Stray Kids was a 2017 reality show created by JYP Entertainment and Mnet. It was a male idol debut project with the concept of "trainees versus JYP", the goal of which being the survival of all nine members to debut as a team. It was broadcast on Mnet from October 17 to December 19, 2017, on Tuesdays at 23:00 (KST) timeslot for ten episodes.
Mix Nine was a South Korean survival reality show broadcast on JTBC. In the show, YG Entertainment founder and producer Yang Hyun-suk traveled to music agencies across Korea to find up-and-coming K-pop stars. Throughout the episodes, contestants were progressively eliminated, culminating in a competition between a team of the final nine boys and one of the final nine girls. The winning team was to debut as idols, but their debut was ultimately cancelled following contract disputes between YG Entertainment and the contestants' respective agencies.
Produce 48 is the third season of the South Korean reality competition series Produce 101. It was a large-scale project in which the public "produces" a girl group by voting for members out of a pool of 96 contestants from South Korea and Japan, as well as voting for the group's concept, name and debut single. The show was a collaboration between the Mnet series Produce 101 and the J-pop idol group AKB48. The winning 12 contestants, with no nationality caps, as voted only by Korean viewers, would promote as a group for two years and six months. The program itself is primarily in Korean, however staff and trainer instructions were translated onsite by interpreters. The show announced the final 12 members who made it into, as well as the official name of the group Iz*One during the finale on August 31, 2018.
Produce 101 is a reality television talent competition franchise created by South Korean entertainment conglomerate CJ E&M, based around the formation of a K-pop girl group or boy group. Produce X 101 is a 2019 South Korean boy group survival reality show on Mnet and the fourth and final season of the Produce 101 franchise. The public, referred to as "national producers", "produces" a boy band by choosing 11 members among the 101 trainees from 47 different entertainment companies and independent trainees through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public will also choose the group's concept, debut song, and group name. The show aired from May 3 to July 19, 2019. Contestant Kim Yohan from Oui Entertainment obtained the most votes at the end, becoming the debut group center. The group from this show was named X1, but after extensive voting manipulation was proven, the group was disbanded on January 6, 2020.
X1 was a South Korean boy group formed by CJ ENM through the Mnet reality competition show Produce X 101. The group was composed of eleven members: Kim Yo-han, Kim Woo-seok, Han Seung-woo, Song Hyeong-jun, Cho Seung-youn, Son Dong-pyo, Lee Han-gyul, Nam Do-hyon, Cha Jun-ho, Kang Min-hee, and Lee Eun-sang. The group debuted on August 27, 2019 with the single "Flash" under Swing Entertainment and was co-managed by Stone Music Entertainment.
Jung Woo-seok, also known by the mononym Wooseok, is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, model and composer. He debuted as a member of the South Korean boy group Pentagon in October 2016 and also formed a duo with Lai Kuan-lin as Wooseok X Kuanlin in March 2019, under Cube Entertainment.
B.O.Y, formerly known as Kim Kookheon x Song Yuvin, was a South Korean pop duo formed by The Music Works in 2019, following the disbandment of the boygroup Myteen. The duo disbanded on April 30, 2021.
The Mnet vote manipulation investigation was a South Korean entertainment scandal involving electoral fraud in several reality competition series produced and broadcast by the television channel Mnet. The incident primarily involves the Produce 101 series and Idol School, which were intended to create K-pop groups with members selected by audience vote.
