Lee Ju-mi (born 24 April 1989) is a South Korean road and track cyclist. She won the silver medal in the time trial at the Asian Cycling Championships in 2016, [1] 2017 and 2019, and won the gold medal in 2018.

Lee represented her country at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, finishing 19th in the points race. She achieved great success in a major international road racing competition at the 2010 Asian Games Individual Time Trial event by winning the gold medal in the 35.6-kilometre (22.1-mile) course in the time of 49 minutes and 38.35 seconds. She also competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics, in the women's omnium, finishing in 15th place.
