The album was the last to feature Daisley and Kerslake, both of whom were fired before its release and replaced by Rudy Sarzo and Tommy Aldridge, respectively, as well as the last to feature Rhoads, who died in a plane crash on 19 March 1982.

The band was formed in 1968 by John "Ozzy" Osbourne (vocals), Tony Iommi, Terence "Geezer" Butler, and Bill Ward (drums). The band has undergone multiple lineup changes. Though the second most recent line-up of the band to work together were Ronnie James Dio, Vinny Appice, Iommi, and Butler, for three new songs for a compilation in 2007, the original line-up was still considered the "current" lineup at the time and had been since their reunion in 1997. The 2007 sessions were deemed a one-off which led to the Heaven and Hell side project, resulting in a new studio album in 2009 titled The Devil You Know. In June 2013, a partial reformation of the original line-up released 13, which was the first album to feature Osbourne on vocals since 1978's Never Say Die!. After 49 years together, Black Sabbath announced their breakup in March 2017.

The Confessions Tour is the second live album by American singer and songwriter Madonna. It was released on January 26, 2007, by Warner Bros. Records. Directed by Jonas Åkerlund, the album chronicles Madonna's 2006 Confessions Tour and includes the full version of the television broadcast special The Confessions Tour: Live from London. It was recorded at Wembley Arena during the London dates of the tour, and was released in both CD and DVD format. The DVD contains the entire concert and the CD includes thirteen live songs only. The album became the first release from Semtex Films, a production company founded by Madonna in 2006.

Tokio Hotel was formed in 2001 in Magdeburg, Germany, by singer Bill Kaulitz, guitarist Tom Kaulitz, bassist Georg Listing and drummer Gustav Schäfer. The group's debut single, "Durch den Monsun", entered the German singles chart at Number 15 on 20 August 2005, and reached Number 1 the following week. It also reached Number 1 on the Austrian singles chart. It was followed up with the single "Schrei", which failed to match the success of "Durch den Monsun"; its highest chart position was Number 3 in Austria. The band released their debut album, Schrei, on 19 September 2005. Pink: Live in Europe is the first live music DVD from Pink, released in 2006. It was shot in Manchester, England during the European leg of the 2004 Try This Tour. The setlist more or less was in chronological order. Most of the singles were represented, with the exception of "You Make Me Sick" and several album-only cuts were prominently featured. It is also notable that several songs that appear as collaborations on albums were not featured as such on tour, with Pink either taking over vocals for the previous partners or omitting those segments entirely. The DVD and Blu-ray release features Rihanna's concert at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, United Kingdom held on December 6, 2007, as part of her Good Girl Gone Bad Tour (2007—2009) which supported singer's third studio album Good Girl Gone Bad (2007). Most of the concert's set list originates from Good Girl Gone Bad, however, Rihanna also performed songs from her previous albums Music of the Sun (2005) and A Girl like Me (2006). It also contains a special Documentary Feature that presents Rihanna discussing her experiences during the tour.

Shatter Me is the second studio album by American violinist and solo artist Lindsey Stirling. It is Stirling's first album to include collaborations with other vocalists, featuring Lzzy Hale and Dia Frampton, and Stirling has said its musical style is more progressive than her first album. The album was released on iTunes on April 25, 2014, in most of the world, on April 29, 2014, in the United States, and on May 2 in Germany. The first single, "Beyond the Veil", was released on March 24, peaking at number 22 on Billboard Dance and Electronic Digital Songs. The video was posted the following day. The second single, "Shatter Me", was released on April 23, accumulating 1.3 million views after one day on YouTube.
The Shatter Me/Music Box 2014/2015 Tour is a worldwide concert tour by violinist Lindsey Stirling in support of her second studio album Shatter Me. The first tour dates were announced at the end of 2013 and the tour started on May 13 of the next year. The 2014 North and European American leg of Lindsey Stirling's tour consisted of her performing 77 shows over a five-month time span. For 2015, Stirling did 67 shows over five continents. Stirling toured around North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and South America, being her first time to present a show on this continent. In December 2014, it was confirmed that more than 200,000 people had attended Stirling's shows, more than half of those being in Europe.
"Shatter Me" is a song composed and performed by American violinist Lindsey Stirling for her second studio album of the same name, and features vocals from American rock singer Lzzy Hale, the lead singer of American rock band Halestorm. The song was written and composed by Stirling, Dia Frampton, and the song's producer, Mark Maxwell, under his production moniker SILAS. The themes explored in "Shatter Me" were based in part on Stirling's experiences with an eating disorder. It became Stirling's first charting airplay single in November 2014 when it entered the Billboard Adult Pop Songs chart at number 39. Prior to that, it had peaked at number one on the Classical Digital Songs chart and number 10 on the Dance/Electronic Digital Songs chart, as well as charting in Germany at number 59.

Tour de Force: Live in London is a series of videos and live albums by American blues-rock musician Joe Bonamassa. Produced by Kevin Shirley and directed by Philippe Klose, the albums document the guitarist and vocalist's four performances at four venues in London, England in March 2013. Each of the four shows were initially released as videos on October 28, 2013 in Europe by Provogue Records, and the following day in North America by J&R Adventures, with a box set featuring all four shows and a special collector's edition hardback book also issued at the same time. All four shows were issued as live albums on May 19, 2014.

The album, which was released on 9 November 2018, entered the German charts a week later at its peak position, number 27, the highest attained by a Nena live album.
