Lisette Titre-Montgomery (born 1977) [1] is an American video game artist and designer. She has worked at Backbone Entertainment, EA Games, Ubisoft, Double Fine Productions, and more. She is current Co-Founder of Cornerstone Interactive Studios.
Lisette has been both a gamer and an artist from a young age. [2] After seeing Toy Story , she was inspired to study computer animation. [2] Titre-Montgomery graduated with a BFA in computer animation from Miami International University of Art and Design in 2000. [1] [3]
Titre's first animation job was working at Page 44 Studios [1] in 2001 as a character modeler for the game, Freekstyle . [4] Working on Freekstyle helped her land a job as a senior character and special effects artist at EA Games around 2005. [4] She worked on Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2006 & 2007 as her first games at EA. [4] Other games she helped developed were The Simpsons Game , The Godfather II and Dante's Inferno . [4] In 2011, she left EA Games and went on to become the Lead artist at Backbone Entertainment. [5] At Backbone, she worked on Zombie Apocalypse: Never Die Alone, Midway Arcade Origins, [5] Dance Central 3. Titre-Montgomery returned to EA Games in 2013, where she worked on The Sims 4 . [5] She was featured on the cover of Black Enterprise in 2011. [1]
Around 2015, Titre-Montgomery started working as the Art Lead of the South Park Fractured But Whole team at Ubisoft. [6] [4] In 2017, Titre-Montgomery became Art Director at Double Fine Productions, where she led the Psychonauts 2 [4] art team to create an award winning game.
She is co-founder of Cornerstone Interactive, a AAA/III narrative driven game development studio. [7] Since taking the company public, she has spoken on the difficulties obtaining venture-capital funding. [8]
During Titre's career, she was able to work with the nonprofit, Blacks in Gaming, in the outreach program. She was part of a speaking group that would go and talk to high school and middle school students about tech. [2] She also spoke about what it means to be a minority in the gaming industry, [2] and observed the lack of women there. [9] By working with Gameheads, she has supported women and youth aged 14–25 in creating their first games, encouraging them to develop characters and stories by and for women. She also empowers women to share their ideas and amplify their voices in the gaming space. [9] Titre-Montgomery feels that learning with games is a way to get kids interested in STEM careers. [10]

Beyond Good & Evil is a 2003 action-adventure game developed and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 2, Windows, Xbox, and GameCube. The story follows the adventures of Jade, an investigative reporter, martial artist, and spy hitwoman working with a resistance movement to reveal a sinister alien conspiracy. Players control Jade and other allies, solving puzzles, fighting enemies, obtaining photographic evidence and, later in the game, travelling to space.

Michel Ancel is a retired Monégasque-French video game designer. He is best known for creating the Rayman franchise and was the lead designer or director for several of the games, including Rayman Origins and its sequel Rayman Legends. He is also known for the critically acclaimed video game Beyond Good & Evil, as well as for King Kong, based on Peter Jackson's 2005 film of the same name. In 2017, he began work on Beyond Good and Evil 2, although he left the project in 2020.
Jade Raymond is a Canadian video game producer, best known for helping create the Assassin's Creed and Watch Dogs franchises, as well as building Ubisoft Toronto and Motive Studio. In March 2021, Raymond announced the founding of a new independent development team called Haven Studios, which was later acquired by Sony Interactive Entertainment in July 2022, making them a first-party developer for PlayStation Studios.

Amy Hennig is an American video game writer and director, formerly for the video game company Naughty Dog. She began her work in the industry on the Nintendo Entertainment System, with her design debut on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System game Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City. She later went to work for Crystal Dynamics, working primarily on the Legacy of Kain series. With Naughty Dog, she worked primarily on the Jak and Daxter and Uncharted series, the latter of which she created.

Video game art design begins in the pre-production phase of creating a video game. Video game artists are visual artists involved from the conception of the game who make rough sketches of the characters, setting, objects, etc. These starting concept designs can also be created by the game designers before the game is moved into actualization. Sometimes, these concept designs are called "programmer art". After the rough sketches are completed and the game is ready to be moved forward, those artists or more artists are brought in to develop graphic designs based on the sketches.

Child of Light is a platforming role-playing video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in April 2014, and was released on PlayStation Vita in July 2014. The game was later released on Nintendo Switch on 11 October 2018; the announcement of this release also teased a sequel that was later seemingly cancelled in the very early stages of development. It was also made available on Amazon Luna and Google Stadia in August and October 2021, respectively. The game is powered by the UbiArt Framework game engine.
Art Ludique – The Museum is a 1,200 m2 museum in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, France, formerly housed in Les Docks, cité de la mode et du design and inaugurated on 16 November 2013. As of September 2024, the museum is still looking for a permanent home after having left Les Docks in 2017.

Since the 2010s and before, the video game company Electronic Arts has been at the center of numerous controversies involving acquisitions of companies and anti-consumer practices in their individual games, as well as lawsuits alleging anti-competitive practices on EA's part when signing sports-related contracts. In 2012 and 2013, the company was named "Worst Company in America" by Consumerist, while it was named the 5th most hated company in the United States by USA Today in 2018.
Project Ragtag was a codename for an untitled action-adventure third-person shooter video game set within the Star Wars universe. It had been under development by Visceral Games since around 2013 and set to be published by Electronic Arts before its cancellation in 2017. The project was led by the creator of the Uncharted series, Amy Hennig. It was to be a linear game about a large-scale heist, taking place in the wake of events of Star Wars IV: A New Hope. EA Vancouver and Motive Studio had assisted the game's development. Visceral Games was shut down by Electronic Arts on October 17, 2017, and the game's development was rebooted by EA Vancouver to become an open world title. Despite this, the project was reportedly cancelled.
