French and Saunders is a British sketch comedy television series written by and starring comedy duo and namesake Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders. It is also the name by which the performers are known on the occasions when they appear elsewhere as a double act. The show was originally broadcast on BBC Two from 1987 to 1993, and was given one of the highest budgets in BBC history to create detailed spoofs and satires of popular culture, movies, celebrities, and art. Jeremiah O'Connell is an American actor, director and talk show host, known for his roles as Quinn Mallory in the television series Sliders, Andrew Clements in My Secret Identity, Vern Tessio in the film Stand by Me (1986), Joe in Joe's Apartment (1996), Frank Cushman in Jerry Maguire (1996), Derek in Scream 2 (1997), Charlie Carbone in Kangaroo Jack (2003), and Detective Woody Hoyt on the drama Crossing Jordan. He starred as Pete Kaczmarek in the single 2010–2011 season of The Defenders. He also had a starring role in the comedy horror film Piranha 3D (2010).

The Amanda Show is an American live action sketch comedy and variety show created by Dan Schneider that aired on Nickelodeon on April 4, 1999, as a pilot, then as a regular series from October 16, 1999, to September 21, 2002. It starred Amanda Bynes, Drake Bell, and Nancy Sullivan, and featured John Kassir, Raquel Lee, and Josh Peck. The show was a spin-off from All That, in which Bynes had co-starred for several years. The show ended on September 21, 2002. Writers for the show included Schneider, John Hoberg, Steven Molaro, and Andrew Hill Newman.

Maya Rudolph American comedic actress

Maya Khabira Rudolph is an American actress, comedian, and singer. She first gained prominence in the mid-1990s as a member of the alternative rock band The Rentals, before joining The Groundlings improv troupe later in the decade. In 2000, Rudolph became a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live and subsequently appeared in supporting roles in films such as 50 First Dates (2004), A Prairie Home Companion (2006), and Idiocracy (2006).

Goin' Bulilit is a Philippine sketch comedy program broadcast by ABS-CBN. The show premiered on February 6, 2005, and aired every Sunday nights on the network's Yes Weekend! block. It also aired worldwide via TFC. The gag show featured children in various comedic situations, aiming to provide laughter for the audiences by showcasing gags, sketches, and segments. The cast is composed of child stars, except for Dagul, who portrayed different roles ranging from young to old characters every week to bring entertainment. The show ended on August 4, 2019, and was replaced by Rated K.

Michael William Day is an American actor, comedian, writer and producer. A native of Orange County, California, Day studied theater at the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Groundlings alumnus. He went on to write for several television shows. He joined Saturday Night Live as a writer in its 39th season, became a featured player in its 42nd, and was promoted to a repertory player beginning with its 44th.

Mash and Peas was a parodic sketch show written by and starring Matt Lucas & David Walliams. Their first television work together, it originally aired on Paramount Comedy 1 and Channel 4 between 1996 and 1997. The episodes were repeated before the channel's relaunch in 1999. The programme is made up of parodies of various television genres, introduced by the childish and incompetent Danny Mash (Lucas) and Gareth Peas (Walliams). Edgar Wright directed and long-standing collaborator Paul Putner appeared throughout.
