This is a list of NASCAR drivers with nationalities from Latin-American countries or are Hispanic and Latino Americans that have raced in at least one of its top three national series event (Cup, Xfinity and Truck), excluding the NASCAR Mexico Series and NASCAR Brasil Sprint Race.
Many of the current drivers and some of the former drivers have previously been or are currently members of NASCAR's Drive for Diversity program.
Juan Pablo Montoya (from Colombia) and Daniel Suárez (from Mexico) are the only two drivers born in Latin-American countries to win in the Cup Series. Both of them have also won in the Xfinity Series and Suárez has also won in the Truck Series. Aric Almirola, who is Cuban American, has won multiple races in each of NASCAR's top 3 series.

Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) is an American professional stock car racing organization founded by Pro Football Hall of Fame coach Joe Gibbs. His son, J. D. Gibbs, ran the team with him until his death in 2019. Founded in Huntersville, North Carolina, in 1992. JGR has won five Cup Series championships.
Regan Lee Smith is an American former professional stock car racing driver and a current pit reporter for Fox NASCAR. He most recently drove part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro SS for JR Motorsports.

Aric Michael Almirola is an American semi-retired professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 19 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing. Almirola previously competed full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series from 2012 to 2023, driving for Richard Petty Motorsports from 2012 to 2017 in their famous No. 43 car and for Stewart-Haas Racing from 2018 to 2023 in their No. 10 Ford. He has previously competed in the NASCAR Truck Series as well as what are now the ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards Series East and ARCA Menards Series West.
Brian Joseph Scott is an American former professional stock car racing driver.
Carlos Alberto Pardo Estévez was a Mexican stock car racing driver from Mexico City. He was the first driver to win the NASCAR Mexico Corona Series championship.
Germán Quiroga Jr. is a Mexican professional stock car racing driver. In 2011, he became the first three-time NASCAR Corona Series champion.
The 2012 NASCAR Toyota Series was the sixth NASCAR Series and the ninth organized by NASCAR Mexico. It was contested over 14 races. Chihuahua was added to calendar, while Guadalajara which was supposed to return after a one-year hiatus was later cancelled and replaced by Monterrey and Tuxtla Gutiérrez was also removed for the year. Germán Quiroga was the defending Driver's Champion however he left the series to compete in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
William Darrell "Bubba" Wallace Jr. is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 23 Toyota Camry XSE for 23XI Racing.
Christopher William Buescher is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 17 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for RFK Racing. He is the 2012 ARCA Racing Series and 2015 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion and the cousin of 2012 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion James Buescher.
Cole Matthew Custer is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 00 Ford Mustang for Stewart-Haas Racing. He is the son of Joe Custer, the team president of Stewart-Haas Racing. He is the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion.
Daniel Alejandro Suárez Garza is a Mexican professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 99 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Trackhouse Racing and part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 14 Chevrolet Camaro for SS-Green Light Racing in partnership with Kaulig Racing. He previously drove in the NASCAR Toyota Series in Mexico for Telcel Racing, and the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East for Rev Racing as a member of the Drive for Diversity program. Suárez is the 2016 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion with Joe Gibbs Racing, becoming the first Mexican to win a major NASCAR National Series championship.
Rev Racing, short for Revolution Racing, is an auto racing team competing at the regional level of NASCAR as well as in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Owned by former Dale Earnhardt, Inc. president Max Siegel, the team primarily fields participants in the Drive for Diversity, an initiative to bring more minority and female drivers into the sport. In the Truck Series, the team fields the No. 2 Chevrolet Silverado for Nick Sanchez. In all three ARCA Menards Series, the team currently fields two Chevrolet SS teams: The No. 2 for Andrés Pérez de Lara and the No. 6 for Lavar Scott. The team also fields late model and Legends car entries for various drivers, and has fielded entries for future NASCAR national series winners Kyle Larson, Bubba Wallace, and Daniel Suárez in the past.
Rubén García Jr. is a Mexican professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Mexico Series, driving the No. 88 for Team GP - CANEL'S.
The 2018 NASCAR PEAK Mexico Series was the eleventh season of the NASCAR PEAK Mexico Series and the fourteenth season organized by NASCAR Mexico. It began with the Gran Premio Difrenosa at Autódromo Monterrey on 25 March and concluded with the Gran Premio FedEx at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez on 2 December. Abraham Calderón entered the season as the defending Drivers' champion. Rubén García Jr. won the championship, nineteen points in front of Irwin Vences. And Fabián Welter was declared the Rookie of the Year.
McAnally–Hilgemann Racing (MHR) is an American professional stock car racing team that competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The team is based in Roseville, California, and is owned by Bill McAnally. In the NASCAR Truck Series, the team fields the three truck full-time: No. 18 Chevrolet Silverado for Tyler Ankrum, the No. 19 for Christian Eckes, the No. 43 for Daniel Dye. The team also fields the No. 91 part-time for Jack Wood and Zane Smith.
William P. Rodgers is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 02 Chevrolet Silverado for Young's Motorsports. He has also previously competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards Series West, NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, and the Pirelli World Challenge.
The 2019 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East was the 33rd season of the K&N Pro Series East, a regional stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR. It began with the New Smyrna 175 at New Smyrna Speedway on February 11 and concluded with the General Tire 125 at Dover International Speedway on October 4. General Tire took over the position as the official tire supplier of the series from Goodyear. Sam Mayer was crowned the series champion, becoming the youngest champion in series history, at 16 years, 3 months, 8 days, topping the previous record set by Todd Gilliland after he won the 2016 title. Tyler Ankrum entered the season as the defending drivers' champion, but he did not defend his championship because he moved up to the Truck Series full time in 2019.
The 2023 NASCAR Cup Series was the 75th season for NASCAR professional stock car racing in the United States and the 52nd season for the modern-era Cup Series. The season started with the Busch Light Clash at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on February 5. That race was followed by the Daytona Duel qualifying races and the 65th running of the Daytona 500 on February 19, both at Daytona International Speedway. The season ended with the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway on November 5.
The 2022 NASCAR Mexico Series was the fifteenth season of the NASCAR Mexico Series, a regional stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in Mexico. It is the eighteenth season of the series as a NASCAR-sanctioned series. It began with the Gran Premio Nus–Kah at Súper Óvalo Chiapas on 10 April and ended with the NASCAR Puebla Gran Final at Autódromo Miguel E. Abed on 11 December.
