Munster Reds is an Irish cricket team. It was formed in 2017 and became a Twenty20 team in the same year. [1] They played their first Twenty20 match in the 2017 Inter-Provincial Trophy, against Northern Knights. [1] In total, 35 players have appeared in Twenty20 cricket for Munster Reds.

Stephen Doheny is Munster Reds' leading run-scorer in Twenty20 cricket, aggregating 274 runs. Doheny's score of 64, achieved in 2018 against North West Warriors, is the highest score by a Munster Reds batsman, and Doheny also has the teams best batting average: 39.14. Among the bowlers, Yaqoob Ali has taken more wickets than any other, claiming 17 – eight wickets more than that of the second most prolific bowlers. Harry Tector has the best bowling figures in an innings: he claimed four wickets against North West Warriors in a 2017 match, while only conceding 21 runs. [2] Jamie Grassi has kept wicket in eight of Munster Reds' Twenty20 matches, taking 3 catches and effecting 6 stumpings. Ali has claimed the highest number of catches among fielders, taking 7.

Wahab Riaz is a Pakistani cricketer. He is a left-arm fast bowler and a right-handed batsman. He frequently bowls at speeds of around 90 mph and has reached 96 miles per hour (154 km/h). His all round performance in ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 earned him worldwide recognition. In August 2018, he was one of 33 players to be awarded a central contract for the 2018–19 season by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Richard Beamish Cricket Grounds are a cricket ground in the Mardyke, Cork, Ireland. The cricket field and facilities are located on the southern bank of the River Lee, and overlooked by University College Cork and St Vincent's Catholic Church. The ground is officially named after Richard Beamish, but it is generally called The Mardyke after the area where it is situated, or the Cricket Club as it is the home ground of Cork County Cricket Club. The Munster representative provincial side, the Munster Reds, also use The Mardyke as their home ground.

The Women's Senior T20 Trophy, previously known as the Senior Women's T20 League, is a women's Twenty20 cricket competition held in India. It began in the 2008–09 season, with 28 teams representing state cricket associations, whilst the most recent season, 2022–23, had 37 teams competing. Railways are the most successful team in the history of the competition, winning 11 titles, whilst Delhi and Punjab have won the competition once apiece.

The 2017 Inter-Provincial Trophy was the fifth edition of the Inter-Provincial Trophy, a Twenty20 cricket competition played in Ireland. It was held from 26 May to 11 August 2017. It was the first edition of the competition to be played with full Twenty20 status, following the outcome of a meeting by the International Cricket Council (ICC) in October 2016. In April 2017, Cricket Ireland approved the participation of a fourth team, Munster Reds, for the tournament. Leinster Lightning won the tournament, after beating Munster Reds by five wickets in the final round of fixtures.

Harry Tom Tector is an Irish cricketer. He was part of Ireland's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He made his full international debut for the Ireland cricket team in September 2019. In January 2020, he was one of nineteen players to be awarded a central contract from Cricket Ireland, the first year in which all contracts were awarded on a full-time basis.

Yaqoob Ali is a Pakistani-born Irish cricketer. He made his Twenty20 cricket debut for Munster Reds in the 2017 Inter-Provincial Trophy on 26 May 2017. He was the leading wicket-taker in the 2018 Inter-Provincial Trophy tournament, with twelve dismissals in six matches.

Stephen Thomas Doheny is an Irish cricketer. He made his Twenty20 debut for Leinster Lightning in the 2017 Inter-Provincial Trophy on 11 August 2017. Prior to his T20 debut, he was part of Ireland's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.

Phoebe Claire Graham is an English cricketer who currently plays for Lancashire, North West Thunder and Manchester Originals. She plays as a right-arm medium bowler. She has previously played for Nottinghamshire, Devon, Berkshire, Yorkshire, North Representative XI, Northern Diamonds, Northern Superchargers and Northern Districts.
