The Ibadan Peoples Party (IPP) was established on June 15, 1951, by a group of eminent Ibadan indigenes who opposed the policies which held sway in the Yorùbá dominated Western Region, Nigeria in the 1950s. Its founding chairman was Chief Augustus Akinloye, and the other founders were; Chief Adegoke Adelabu, Chief Kola Balogun, Chief T. O. S. Benson, Chief Adeniran Ogunsanya and Chief H. O. Davies. Nneka the Pretty Serpent is a 2020 remake of the 1994 horror mystery film of the same name. It was directed by Tosin Igho with Idia Aisien playing the lead role alongside Bovi Ugboma, Bimbo Ademoye, Zack Orji, Shaffy Bello, Beverly Osu and Ndidi Obi. It was written by Adia Uyoyou.

Charge and Bail is a Nigerian comedy-drama film directed by Uyoyou Adia and co-produced by Eku Edewor and Matilda Ogunleye. The film stars Zainab Balogun with Stan Nze, Femi Adebayo, Folu Storms, Tope Olowoniyan, and Eso Dike in supporting roles. The film tells the story of Boma, a high-flying graduate of law from the upper class who finds herself posted to a charge and bail law firm during her NYSC year.

Superstar is a 2021 Nollywood film released on 29 December 2021 by Inkblot Productions. The film stars an ensemble cast including Nancy Isime, Deyemi Okanlawon, Timini Egbuson, Daniel Etim Effiong, and Eku Edewor. Superstar was jointly produced by Inkblot Productions and FilmOne Studios, marking the ninth collaboration between the two studios.

Ada Omo Daddy is a 2023 Nigerian family oriented comedy drama written by Yakubu Olawale, co-produced by Mercy Aigbe, and co-directed by Akay Mason and Adebayo Tijani. The movie hinges mainly on a paternity deception unraveled in the course of a wedding party popularly known as the "Owambe" in Yoruba. The movie featured some Nollywood actors such as Charles Okafor, Sola Sobowale, Mercy Aigbe, Chiwetalu Agu and Uche Ndubuisi.
