This is a list of international co-produced Philippine films and television series .

Contents

The first film co-produced by a Philippine film studio with a studio based outside the Philippines is Rodrigo de Villa . The film was produced with Indonesian film outfit Persari. [1]

Excluded in this list are works with a foreign cast (such as Ignacio de Loyola ) which had primarily Spanish actors but was produced only by a Philippine-based studio, works which were adaptations of foreign media, and media produced solely by foreign production companies that are set in the Philippines and despite including Filipinos in its cast (such as Metro Manila ), and Voltes V: Legacy which was produced by GMA Network but licensed and supervised by Toei.

Originally aired on RPN from July 30, 1979 to February 17, 1989, and was replaced by Student Canteen, later moved to ABS-CBN from February 18, 1989 to January 27, 1995, replacing Afternoon Delight and was replaced by 'Sang Linggo nAPO Sila and GMA Network from January 28, 1995 to January 5, 2024, replacing SST: Salo-Salo Together and was replaced by Tahanang Pinakamasaya. It is the longest-running noontime variety program in the Philippines and ranks among television programs with the most episodes in history with over 13,500 episodes aired.

Blood in Dispute is a 2015 Philippines-Cambodian film directed by Canadian director Ken Simpson and stars Filipino actors Andrea Torres and Mikael Daez and Cambodian actors Meas Thorn Srenai, Khat Vaihang, and Tep Rindaro. The film was released as Fight for Love in the Philippines.

<i>Running Man Philippines</i> Philippine television reality show

Running Man Philippines is a Philippine television reality competition show broadcast by GMA Network. The series is based on a South Korean television variety series of the same title. Directed by Rico Gutierrez, it originally starred Mikael Daez, Glaiza de Castro, Ruru Madrid, Buboy Villar, Kokoy de Santos, Angel Guardian and Lexi Gonzales. It premiered on September 3, 2022 on the network's Sabado Star Power sa Gabi and Sunday Grande sa Gabi line up replacing Jose & Maria's Bonggang Villa and Happy Together. Daez, de Castro, Villar, de Santos, Guardian, Gonzales and Miguel Tanfelix currently serve as the cast. The show concluded on September 8, 2024 with a total of 2 seasons and 68 episodes. It was replaced by The Clash and The Voice Kids in its timeslot.
