The Cinema One Originals Film Festival, a division of ABS-CBN Films commonly known as Cinema One Originals, is an independent film festival in the Philippines held annually in the month of November in Quezon City. Its primary goal is to showcase the diverse talent and voices of Filipino film makers. The film festival is produced by Cinema One, a cable television network owned by ABS-CBN Corporation.
The film entries are split into two categories, Plus and Currents, based on the films' marketability. [1] From the scripts submitted to the screening committee, five films are granted two million pesos each for the Cinema One Plus category while ten films are granted one million pesos each for the Cinema One Currents category. The selection is based on the quality of scripts and presentation of the film makers. [2]

The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) is an annual film festival organized by the Metro Manila Development Authority and held nationwide in the Philippines. Oro, Plata, Mata is a 1982 Philippine historical war drama film co-written and directed by Peque Gallaga. The 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) is the 42nd edition of the annual Metro Manila Film Festival held in Metro Manila and throughout the Philippines. It is organized by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). This is the first time that the festival committee required producers to submit either picture lock versions or finished films, instead of screenplays in previous editions. During the festival, no foreign films are shown in Philippine theaters (except IMAX, 4D, and large format 3D theaters), however there are some non-MMFF entries like The Super Parental Guardians, and Enteng Kabisote 10 and the Abangers shown on SM Cinema branches.

ABS-CBN Film Restoration Project or also known as Sagip Pelikula, is a digital film restoration project of ABS-CBN Corporation in partnership with Central Digital Lab. The project is headed by Leo Katigbak of ABS-CBN Film Archives and Manet Dayrit of Central Digital Lab. The goal of the project is to digitally restore and remaster select Filipino films from the archives of ABS-CBN.
The Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center is the newer and larger studio and office building of ABS-CBN located within ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. The building occupies ten thousand (10,000) square meters of land area within the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center and houses the network's offices, a studios, a three-level basement parking, a roof deck helipad, a film archive, a studio gallery, an exclusive executive dining restaurant, and garden. The building has a gross floor area of 101,608.32 square meters; almost seventy thousand (70,000) square meters of office space and over thirty thousand (30,000) square meters of parking space. The construction of the building, which costed 6 billion pesos, began in 1995, but was delayed due to the Asian Financial Crisis in 1997. It was opened in 2000, and was occupied gradually by the network in the following years, expanding the area of its business operations. It is a PEZA Special Economic Zone, designated as an IT center. It is named in honor of the late Eugenio Lopez Jr., the chairman emeritus of ABS-CBN. The dedication of the building was held on November 4, 2010, in a ceremony that was attended by the then-Philippine President Benigno Aquino III. ABS-CBN's Horizon PEZA IT Park, its soundstages, post-production and production facility of ABS-CBN is located at San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
