Harry Vonray Swayne is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football with the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. Swayne was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the seventh round of the 1987 NFL Draft. He is one of the few players to have started a Super Bowl with three teams: Super Bowl XXIX with the San Diego Chargers, Super Bowl XXXIII with the Denver Broncos and Super Bowl XXXV with the Ravens.

Mike Teel is a former American football quarterback. He played college football for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, and was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the sixth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. Teel spent time with the Seahawks, New England Patriots, and Chicago Bears in the span of three years. After serving as the quarterbacks coach for the Kean Cougars of Kean University in 2011, he was the quarterbacks coach for Wagner College in 2012 and departed after one year. In 2014 Teel resumed coaching as a graduate assistant at Rutgers. Teel is formerly the head coach for the Don Bosco Prep Ironmen football team.

He was the head football coach for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights football team for eight years from 1927 to 1930 and from 1942 to 1945. He was also the athletic director until 1961.
Alfred Ellet Hitchner was an American football player, coach, electrical engineer and businessman. He was the head coach of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights football team in 1904. He later worked for many years for Westinghouse Electric Company in Pennsylvania and California.
Oliver Davis Mann was an American football player and coach. A native of Danville, Illinois, he attended Rutgers College, graduating in the Class of 1901. He played college football for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights from 1897 to 1900. The New York Times wrote that Mann "for three years was the Captain of the best team Rutgers College ever had on the gridiron." He was also Rutgers' head football coach in the 1903 and 1905 seasons. In two seasons as head coach, Mann compiled a record of 7–10–1. He later resided in Danville, Illinois. In a draft registration card completed at the time of World War I, Mann indicated that he was a self-employed lawyer in Danville. He died in July 1956 and was buried at the Spring Hill Mausoleum in Danville.
