Conference USA (CUSA) is an intercollegiate athletic conference of member institutions in the Southern and Western United States. The conference participates in the NCAA's Division I in all sports. CUSA's offices are located in Dallas, Texas.
The Sun Belt Conference (SBC) is a collegiate athletic conference that has been affiliated with the NCAA's Division I since 1976. Originally a non-football conference, the Sun Belt began sponsoring football in 2001. Its football teams participate in the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). The 14 member institutions of the Sun Belt are distributed across the Southern United States.
The University of Central Florida (UCF) is a public research university with its main campus in unincorporated Orange County, Florida, United States. It is part of the State University System of Florida. With 68,442 students as of the fall 2022 semester, UCF has the fourth-largest on-campus student body of any public university in the United States. UCF is classified among "R1: Doctoral Universities – Very high research activity" and is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Florida International University (FIU) is a public research university with its main campus in University Park, Florida, United States. Founded in 1965 by the Florida Legislature, the school opened its doors to students in 1972. FIU has grown to become the third-largest university in Florida and the eighth-largest public university in the United States by enrollment. FIU is a constituent part of the State University System of Florida and one of four state-designated Preeminent State Research Universities.
The State University System of Florida is a system of twelve public universities in the U.S. state of Florida. As of 2018, over 341,000 students were enrolled in Florida's state universities. Together with the Florida College System, which includes Florida's 28 community colleges and state colleges, it is part of Florida's system of public higher education. The system, headquartered in Tallahassee, is overseen by a chancellor and governed by the Florida Board of Governors.
Arizona State University at the West Valley campus is a public university in Phoenix, Arizona. It is one of five university campuses that compose Arizona State University (ASU). The West Valley campus was established by the Arizona Legislature in 1984, and is located in northwest Phoenix, bordering the city of Glendale.
Angelo State University is a public university in San Angelo, Texas, United States. It was founded in 1928 as San Angelo College. It gained university status and awarded its first baccalaureate degrees in 1967 and graduate degrees in 1969, the same year it took on its current name. It offers 50 undergraduate programs and 31 graduate programs. It is the second-largest campus in the Texas Tech University System.
The University of Houston System is a public university system in the U.S. state of Texas, comprising four separate and distinct universities. It also owns and holds broadcasting licenses to a public television station (KUHT) and a public radio station (KUHF).
The University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR) is a public college in Rochester, Minnesota. It is part of the University of Minnesota system and focuses primarily on general health sciences. It was formally established by an act of the state legislature in December 2006. UMR currently offers two bachelor's degrees in the health sciences, Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Bachelor of Science in Health Professions.
Stark State College is a public community college in Stark County, Ohio. The college offers 230 majors, options, one-year certificates, and career enhancement certificates. Approximately 4,000 noncredit students are enrolled in continuing education and contract training activities. As of fall 2019, the enrollment was 11,833.
Northwest State Community College is a public community college near Archbold, Ohio. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Its current president is Todd Hernandez.
The Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences (NWCNHS) at Florida International University, located in Miami, Florida in the United States is one of the university's 26 schools and colleges and was founded in 1982. The Acting Dean of the college is Dr. Jorge Valés and the college has more than 3,500 alumni nurses.
Kent State University at East Liverpool is a satellite campus of Kent State University in East Liverpool, Ohio, United States. Administered with Kent State University at Salem, Kent State East Liverpool offers bachelor's and associate degrees. The campus consists of two buildings in downtown East Liverpool; John J. Purinton Hall and the Mary Patterson Building. As of 2021, enrollment at Kent State East Liverpool was 462 with total enrollment for the Columbiana Campuses at over 1,400.
Kent State University at Salem is a satellite campus of Kent State University in the vicinity of Salem, Ohio, United States. Kent State Salem offers baccalaureate and associate degree programs and is administered with Kent State University at East Liverpool. As of 2021, enrollment at Kent State Salem was 957 with total enrollment for the Columbiana Campuses at over 1,400.
The Big 12 Conference is a group of 16 universities which compete in the NCAA Division I level. The conference was formed in 1994 but did not begin conference play until the fall of 1996. The schools that composed the Big 12 Conference in the most recent 2022–23 season, except West Virginia, were members of either the Big Eight Conference or the Southwest Conference, and have won six national titles including three titles since the inception of the Big 12 Conference.
