This is a list of WBC Muaythai female world champions, showing every female world champion certificated by the World Boxing Council Muaythai (WBC Muaythai). The WBC, which is one of the four major governing bodies in professional boxing, started certifying their own Muay Thai world champions in 19 different weight classes in 2005.

As a boxer, she won the vacant France Female Super Bantamweight title.

Nadaka Yoshinari is a Japanese kickboxer, and the current Battle of Muaythai Flyweight champion. He is the former Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, IBF Muaythai and WBC Muaythai champion at mini flyweight.

Jimmy Vienot is a French Muay Thai kickboxer who is the reigning SUPERKOMBAT World Middleweight Champion. He is a former Lumpinee Stadium and Arena Fight champion. As of December 20, 2023, he is ranked #4 in the ONE Featherweight Muay Thai rankings.

Ruth Ashdown is an English retired Muay Thai kickboxer who competed professionally from 2007 to 2018. She is the former WBC Muaythai world flyweight and super-bantamweight champion, as well as the former WBC Muaythai International and Diamond champion. She is one of just five diamond belt holders in the world.

Kim Townsend is an Australian kickboxer, Nak Muay, and the current ISKA World Flyweight Muay Thai champion. She is the former WMC Oceania and WKN Australia Flyweight champion.

Grace Spicer is an English kickboxer and Nak Muay. She is the IKF World Flyweight champion, is the WBC Muaythai International and British Super Flyweight champion, and has challenged for the WBC Muaythai World Super Flyweight title.

Bobo Sacko is a French Muay Thai fighter, who has been professionally competing since 2010. He is the current WMC Welterweight World champion.

Ryan Sheehan is an Irish Muay Thai fighter. He is the current WBC Muaythai World Super Bantamweight and ISKA Muay Thai World Bantamweight champion.

Denise Castle is an English professional boxer and Muay Thai fighter.
