The Poland ambassador to the United Nations is the leader of the Poland delegation, Poland Mission to the United Nations. The position is formally known as the permanent representative of Poland to the United Nations, with the rank and status of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.
As with all Poland Ambassadors, the ambassador to the UN is nominated by the President of Poland and confirmed by the Parliamentary Commission of the Foreign Affairs. The ambassador serves at the pleasure of the president, and enjoys full diplomatic immunity.
The current ambassador is Krzysztof Szczerski, who was nominated by President Andrzej Duda in 2021. [1]

Dariusz Kajetan Rosati is a Polish professor of economics and a politician who served as a member of the European Parliament from 2004–2019, and subsequently as a deputy of the Sejm since 2019.
Kazimierz Czesław Switala was a Polish communist politician. He was the Minister of Internal Affairs from 1968 to 1971, but was forced to resign as a result of the December 1970 massacre of 44 revolting Polish workers. He was a member of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party from 1968 to 1971, and the head of the Chancellery of the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic (1972–1986).
Adam Teofil Humer was a Polish communist activist and high-ranking official of the Ministry of Public Security of Poland. Known for particular brutality. Humer tortured political prisoners whom he interrogated during the 1940s and 1950s.

Maciej Klich(Mattias Jan-Maria) [ˈmat͡ɕɛj klʲix'] is a Polish historian, graphic artist, and a former anti-communist Polish independence diaspora activist. In 1980, Klich co-founded the Independent Students' Association in Silesia. Klich was interned from December 24, 1981, during the martial law set by the communist regime in Poland. In internment camps, Klich created 70+ stamps for the so-called "camp mail". Klich was released on July 23, 1982. After his release, Klich participated in the underground Solidarity and the underground Independent Students' Association. In 1984, Klich forcefully immigrated to Sweden (Stockholm) due to a "forced migration" set by the communist regime in Poland. After immigrating to Sweden, Klich would help Lithuanian children in international summer camps and would sponsor International Scout Integration Camps from 1992 to 2001.
