Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences

Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences is one of the three medical universities in Tehran, the capital of Iran. It began in 1961 with the establishment of the Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. Following the merging of some of the treatment and educational units and organizations affiliated to the then Ministry of Health and “Melli University” in 1986, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences began its activities independently.

IPM School of Cognitive Sciences

Subsequently, he was removed as the president of the Iranian Academy of Medical Sciences by President Ahmadinejad.

Fereydoon Abbasi Iranian nuclear scientist (born 1958)

Fereydoon Abbasi-Davani is an Iranian nuclear scientist who was head of the Atomic Energy Organization from 2011 to 2013. He survived an assassination attempt in 2010, but was seriously wounded. He is a conservative and principlist politician.

Hamidreza Pouretemad is an Iranian neuropsychologist who is the founder and the Dean of the Institute for Cognitive and Brain Sciences at Shahid Beheshti University.

Nasser Simforoosh is an Iranian scientist, physician, university lecturer and urologist. He is the author of more than 200 articles in international journals and several books in English and Persian. He is currently a full Professor of Urology in the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. He is currently full professor at the Department of Urology, Shahid Beheshti University, and Vice-president of International Urological Association. According to a google scholar report, Professor Simforoosh's research works have been referred to 1,494 times and 3169 citations.

Hossein Fakhraee Iranian neonatologist and pediatrician

Hossein Fakhraee is an Iranian neonatologist and pediatrician practicing in Tehran since 1980. He was a faculty member of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences until August 2017 upon his retirement as the university distinguished professor. He has been named as one of the few neonatologists who assisted in establishing modern neonatal medicine in Iran.

Jamileh Alamolhoda Iranian pedagogist, wife of President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi

Jamileh-Sadat Alamolhoda, commonly known as Jamileh Alamolhoda, is an Iranian writer, scholar and lecturer who is the wife of President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi. She holds a doctorate in education from Tarbiat Modares University and is an associate professor at the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology of Shahid Beheshti University.

Mohammad Rasekh is an Iranian lawyer and researcher and professor of the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law of Shahid Beheshti University and a member of the Ibn Sina Scientific Research Institute. In 2010 and 2017, he was recognized as a model researcher at Shahid Beheshti University. Also, the book History of Islamic Legal Theories, translated by him, won the Book of the Season Award in 2008.
