The Crown Regency Hotel and Towers is a hotel complex in Cebu City, Philippines. The main building, the 45-storey Fuente Tower 1, is one of the taller hotel buildings in the country at about 160 meters. It used to be the tallest building in Cebu City until it was eclipsed in 2015 by the first tower of Horizons 101, which stood at 178 metres.

It is a private ecotourism venue intended for trade events, industry conventions, corporate functions, concerts, and international exhibitions. It is one of the landmarks of the Island of Boracay, which was declared by the British publication TV Quick as the world's number one tropical beach and topped the 2007 Yahoo! Travel list of World’s Most Popular Beach. It is located in Yapak, Malay, Aklan, Philippines, The Boracay Convention Center was the venue of Miss Earth 2009, an annual international beauty contest promoting environmental awareness and one of the four largest beauty pageants in the world.

In addition, it provides other services such as project design, construction oversight, and property management. Among its landmark projects is Forbes Town Center, a 6-hectare commercial and residential district in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila. Another project by Megaworld is the 45-storey Petron Megaplaza office skyscraper, which was the tallest building in the country upon its completion in 1998. In 2004, he became the youngest Vice Mayor of Cavite City at the age of 23. In 2010, he also served as No. 1 Provincial Board Member representing the 1st Congressional District of Cavite. He also became one of the youngest majority leaders of Cavite Province at the age of 29. He often assumes the position of Acting Vice Governor whenever the Governor or Vice Governor is on-leave.

On April 26, 2018, the Philippine resort island of Boracay, one of the country's major tourist destinations, was temporarily closed to the general public as part of the Philippine government's efforts to rehabilitate and redevelop the island. As part of the closure, Boracay was closed for six months except to its registered residents and employees. The closure had a significant effect on the livelihood of local people. In 2022, the Philippine government declared that the closure was successful in rehabilitating the island's environment.

As of 2020, the company has six hotels, all located in the Philippines.
