Podmežakla Hall is an indoor sporting arena located in Jesenice, Slovenia. It is the home of the HDD Jesenice ice hockey team. It is also the site of the Triglav Trophy, an annual international figure skating competition held each spring. The name Podmežakla is derived from its location on the southwest bank of the Sava Dolinka, directly below the Mežakla Plateau.

Hokejsko drsalno društvo Olimpija Ljubljana, commonly referred to as HDD Olimpija or simply Olimpija, was a Slovenian professional ice hockey club from Ljubljana. They played their home games at the Tivoli Hall. Olimpija has won 13 Yugoslav championships and 15 Slovenian championships. They won ten consecutive titles between 1995 and 2004.

Tivoli City Park or simply Tivoli Park is the largest park in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It is located on the western outskirts of the Center District, stretching to the Šiška District to the north, the Vič District to the south, and the Rožnik District to the west. Several notable buildings and art works stand in the park. Since 1984, the park has been protected as part of Tivoli–Rožnik Hill–Šiška Hill Nature Park. It is home to a variety of bird species.

Tivoli Hall is a complex of two multi-purpose indoor sports arenas in the Tivoli City Park in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The complex was opened in 1965. The larger, ice hockey arena has a seating capacity of 7,000 people and is the home of HK Olimpija ice hockey club. During the EuroBasket 2013, the capacity was adjusted to 5,600.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">HK Olimpija</span> Slovenian ice hockey club

Hokejski klub Olimpija Ljubljana is a professional ice hockey club from Ljubljana, Slovenia. The club competes in the ICE Hockey League and the Slovenian Championship. Founded in 2004 as a farm team of HDD Olimpija, the club turned professional in 2017 after HDD Olimpija folded. Olimpija won the Slovenian Championship four times, in 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024, and the Alps Hockey League twice, in 2019 and 2021. They play their home games at Tivoli Hall.

Arena Bonifika is an indoor sporting arena located in Koper, Slovenia with a seating capacity for 3,000 spectators. The hall is a part of the Bonifika Sports Complex, together with a smaller athletics stadium, and an indoor swimming pool. In 2013, Arena Bonifika was one of the venues for EuroBasket 2013.

Golovec Hall is an indoor sporting arena located in Celje, Slovenia. The arena has between 2,500 and 3,200 fixed seats, depending on the seating configuration, and an area of 5,000 square metres. It hosts the home games of ŽRK Z'dežele handball club.

Košarkarski klub Hrastnik is a Slovenian basketball team based in the town of Hrastnik. The club was founded in 1950. The team is competing in the Slovenian Third League. Their home arena is Hrastnik Sports Hall.

The 2021–22 Slovenian First League was the 31st season of the Slovenian First League, the top men's handball league in Slovenia. A total of fourteen teams contested this season's league, which began on 10 September 2021 and concluded on 27 May 2022.
