Ashley Michelle Tisdale is an American actress and singer. During her childhood, she was featured in over 100 advertisements and had minor roles in television and theatre. She achieved mainstream success as Maddie Fitzpatrick in the Disney Channel teen sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (2005–2008). This success was heightened when she starred as Sharpay Evans in the High School Musical film series (2006–2008). The success of the films led to Tisdale's signing with Warner Bros. Records and subsequently releasing her debut studio album, Headstrong (2007), which was a commercial success, earning a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Tisdale played the voice role of Candace Flynn in the Disney Channel animated series Phineas & Ferb (2007–2015).

In the episode, Phineas and Ferb become one-hit wonders in a morning, much to the disappointment of their sister Candace, who is trying out for the talent show The Next American Pop Teen Idol Star! Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz converts his building into a giant robot to aid him in his attempt to conquer the Tri-State Area.

The album contains 26 songs from season one. It also contains the bonus track "The F-Games" that can only be heard online.

When signed to Fake Diamond Records, Oh Land released her debut album, Fauna, in November 2008. Following a performance at the 2009 SXSW event, she met a representative from Epic Records and signed with the label. She released her major-label debut single "Sun of a Gun" in October 2010, which charted in five countries and served as the lead single to her 2011 self-titled studio album. Oh Land peaked at number five in Denmark and also entered the Billboard 200 in the United States. It would go on to be certified Platinum for selling over 20,000 copies in the former country. Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe is the soundtrack album accompanying the 2020 film Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe, released on August 28, 2020, in conjunction with the film's Disney+ release. The film is based on the Disney Channel and Disney XD animated television series Phineas and Ferb created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, the second feature-length film of the Phineas and Ferb series, and a standalone sequel to Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension (2011). The album featured several original songs performed by the cast members, and few tracks from the original score composed by Danny Jacob.
