(Buildings actually located outside the city are indicated "Chatham County.") Based on floor counts, the tallest building in Savannah is the Stillwell Towers, at 20 floors, followed by the Westin Savannah Harbor Resort & Spa, at 16 floors, and then the 2 East Bryan Street Tower, at 15 floors.
This list ranks the tallest buildings in Savannah that are over 90 feet (27 meters), and this is based on standard height measurement. This includes spires and architectural details but does not include antenna masts. The "Year" column indicates the year in which a building was completed.

The Horace Stillwell Towers is a highrise residential building in Savannah, Georgia. At 20 stories, it is the tallest building in Savannah. It is owned and operated by the Housing Authority of Savannah and used to provide housing for the elderly, handicapped, and disabled. The building is located on the southern edge of Midtown Savannah, near the Memorial University Medical Center.
