Houari Boumedienne Agricultural Village, Algeria (completed 1980): 350 apartment units, a market and a mosque.
Les Arcades du Lac , Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines near Paris (completed 1982): Social housing complex with 600 apartment units, public and private facilities.
El Anfiteatro, La Manzanera Resort in Calp, Spain (completed 1982): Residential complex.
Les Espaces d'Abraxas , Marne-la-Vallée near Paris (completed 1982): Social housing complex of 591 low cost apartments consisting of three buildings: "Le Palacio", "Le Théatre" and "L'Arc" set in a public garden space.
La Place du Nombre d'Or, Montpellier (completed 1984): 288 apartment complex and retail around a public plaza, at the start of new urban axis of Antigone quarter.
Les Échelles du Baroque , Paris (completed 1985): 272 apartments and shops. The two buildings are set around three plazas, one circular, one elliptical and the other in the form of an amphitheater.

Ricardo Bofill Leví was a Spanish architect from Barcelona, Spain. He founded Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura in 1963 and developed it into a leading international architectural and urban design practice. The Casablanca Twin Center is a complex of two skyscrapers located at Casablanca, Morocco. The two structures, the West Tower and the East Tower, have 28 floors each. Metro Centre at Owings Mills, previously Owings Mills Town Center, is a partially-completed $220 million transit-oriented development in Owings Mills, Maryland aimed at creating a downtown meeting place on the land between the Owings Mills Metro Station and the former Owings Mills Mall. The complex will include housing, shops, office space, a hotel, a library, and a community college. In addition, a new garage has been constructed on the Metro station lot to replace some of the parking spaces that the Metro will lose to the town center.

The Arcades du Lac, built in 1981, is an ensemble of apartment buildings in the outer Paris ville nouvelle of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France, near Versailles. The mixed suburban housing and HLM complex was designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura as the centerpiece of an urban composition, with the central portion "Le Viaduc" jutting into an artificial lake from the shore. Les Espaces d'Abraxas is a high-density housing complex in Noisy-le-Grand, approximately 12 km (7.5 mi) from Paris, France. The building was designed by architect Ricardo Bofill and his architecture practice Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura (RBTA) in 1978 on behalf of the French government, during a period of increased urbanisation across France after World War II. This rapid urbanisation led to overcrowding and insufficient housing in Paris. To offset this, the French government implemented a project to create five 'New Towns' on the outskirts of the city.

La Fábrica is a former cement factory that was converted to offices and habitation space in the 1970s by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura (RBTA). Located in Sant Just Desvern near Barcelona, it has been described as "the heart and brain of Bofill's professional and personal life." It has been widely published and, beyond its usage as the firm's head office, is a reference point in the work of RBTA.

Xanadu is an iconic complex of 17 apartments in Calp, Spain. It was designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura and completed in 1968. It has been ranked among "Ricardo Bofill's 10 Most Iconic Works".

Complexe Urbain Charras, promoted in real estate as Zodiaque and commonly called Centre Charras, is a former military garrison site and current residential and entertainment district in Courbevoie, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
