Live at the Mar y Sol Festival '72 is a live album by British progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer, released in 2011. It was recorded on 2 April 1972 at the Mar y Sol Pop Festival in Puerto Rico.
Previously available only on the 5CD+1DVD box-set From the Beginning (released in September 2007), this album was re-mastered from the original multitrack tapes.
Although the CD booklet states that this performance took place in "Vega Baja, San Juan", this is a production error. It should have been simply written "Vega Baja" for Vega Baja and San Juan are two distinctive municipalities of Puerto Rico. There are four towns between Vega Baja and San Juan. Actually, the municipality of San Juan is the capital of Puerto Rico. Moreover, the festival actually took place in the municipality of Manatí which is very close to the borderline with Vega Baja. Back in those days, everybody mistakenly knew the festival area as being inside Vega Baja instead of Manatí. Approximately a decade later, this mistake was corrected.

Live in Poland is a live album by the progressive rock group Emerson, Lake & Palmer. It features a performance in Katowice, Poland, during June 1997. The performance was originally released exclusively in Poland in 1997, with a different cover, by Polish music company Metal Mind Productions. It would be released internationally for the first time at Austria in 2001, and for the rest of the world during April 2003.
From the Beginning is a box set which presents aural and visual documentation celebrating Emerson, Lake & Palmer's career; consisting of five discs that include a number of single b-sides, significant live recordings, alternative studio mixes and material taken from band rehearsals, plus a bonus DVD featuring 'The Manticore Years' documentary, presented in a deluxe book-style sleeve complete with a 60-page picture booklet containing extensive sleeve notes by the band discussing the ELP years. It also contains rare and previously unseen photographs and images.
Puerto Rico Highway 22 (PR-22), also part of unsigned Interstate PR2, is an 84.3 km (52.4 mi) long toll road on the north coast of Puerto Rico that connects the cities of San Juan and Hatillo. The road is also known as the José de Diego Expressway, and is part of unsigned Interstate PR-2. It is a 4-lane road for much of its length, but expands to up to 12 lanes in the San Juan metro area. The road is frequently congested, in particular during rush hour due to heavy commuter traffic.
The Mar y Sol Pop Festival was a rock festival that took place in Manatí, Puerto Rico, about thirty miles west of San Juan, on April 1–4, 1972. It was held on 420 acres (1.7 km2) of countryside adjacent to Los Tubos beach in Manatí on the north shore of the island. An estimated 30-35,000 people attended the festival.

This album was never released on CD. Some tracks from this album were later released by their respective performers including Allman Brothers Band, John Baldry, Cactus, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Mahavishnu Orchestra and Nitzinger.

The Northern Karst is a limestone karst landscape located in the northern part of Puerto Rico. A karst is a topographical zone formed by the dissolution of soluble porous rocks, such as limestone, with features such as mogotes, canyons, caves, sinkholes, streams and rivers, all of which are common on this region of the island. Some of the island's main rivers, including its longest, traverse the karst and form some of the most distinctive Puerto Rican geographical features such as the Camuy caverns. Many of these rivers feed into and are important in the formation of many marshy areas such as the Caño Tiburones wetlands.
