Love is the second studio album by Japanese entertainer Mika Nakashima, and her third overall album release counting the mini-album Resistance . Its release date was November 6, 2003, in Japan, prior to the Christmas holiday. In contrast to her previous album, True , this album boasts a wider range of styles including ballads, soft reggae, and club jazz. It proved to be a successful move as the album outsold her debut; it topped the Oricon 200 Album Chart upon release and sold just over 437,000 copies in Japan alone the week it came out.
Mika Nakashima is a Japanese singer and actress. Five of her studio albums, one of her mini-albums and one of her compilation albums have reached number one in Japan's Oricon album chart. She also embarked on an acting career, most notably as Nana Osaki in the live action film adaptations of Nana. She sold 10 million records in Japan.
Resistance is the first EP or mini-album by Mika Nakashima, though the title track later appears on her Love album. This mini-album reached #1 on the Oricon charts and charted for six weeks.
True is Mika Nakashima's first Japanese album. In contrast to the typical Japanese J-Pop and Western Pop artist, this album was one in which Mika established a sound that would become her trademark for future albums: a mature, 'Adult Contemporary'-influenced mixture of smooth jazz and soft pop.
Love won the 2003 Best Album Award at the Japan Record Awards, and has sold 1,447,681 copies to date - making this album the best-selling album in Mika's career.

"Step You/Is This Love?" is the 35th single released by Ayumi Hamasaki. It was a double a-side single released on April 20, 2005. "Step you"/"is this Love?" was the first single released by Ayumi Hamasaki in 2005. "Step you"/"is this Love?" was the best-selling solo single of 2005 by a female artist until September 2005, when Mika Nakashima's "Glamorous Sky" outsold it. The DVD featured 3 PVs, including one for "Step you," "is this Love?", and also for "my name's Women" from Hamasaki's 2004 album, My Story. Chiharu and Etsu from TRF were featured alongside Ayu in the PV. The "My Name's Women" PV is currently the second most expensive music video by a Japanese artist, behind Hamasaki's "Fairyland" PV. To date, the single has sold over 345,000 copies, making it her best-selling single of 2005.
Music is the third studio album by Mika Nakashima. It sold only 231,521 copies in its first week but went to #1 on the Oricon 200 Album Chart. The album charted for 31 weeks and has since sold over 500,000 copies.
Best is the first Japanese compilation album and sixth overall album release by Mika Nakashima. It contains 14 songs. Two new re-recordings were made: one of her first single, 'Stars,' and the other of 'Amazing Grace (05),' the latter of which was included in a Suntory commercial for Freixnet Champagne and made as a radio-only single to promote the album in Japan.
"Glamorous Sky" is Mika Nakashima's 16th single overall, her 1st under the name Nana starring Mika Nakashima, and the second most successful single in her career after "Stars". It is her first rock song and it was used as one of the image songs for the film Nana. Hyde of L'Arc-en-Ciel composed "Glamorous Sky", while Yazawa Ai wrote the lyrics. The second and third B-sides, "Blood" and "Isolation" were used as CM songs for Kate cosmetics. Mika Nakashima graces the cover of the single as Nana Osaki. The song is featured as a cover by a jrock band, Girugamesh, in the Konami music games, BEMANI for Drummania V3 and Guitarfreaks V3, as well as the iNiS rhythm game Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2.

Yes is the eighth album by Mika Nakashima; it is the fourth album to be released under her own name. It also was the first of her albums to have been released in both a CD only and a CD+DVD Limited Edition format. The album boasts a slower and more gospel-orientated arrangement.
"Hitoiro" is Mika Nakashima's 20th single overall and her second under the name Nana starring Mika Nakashima. This single was released on the 29 November 2006. The single was the main themes of "Nana 2" and her last single under the name Nana starring Mika Nakashima. The B-side, "Eyes for the Moon" also featured in the movie.
"Mienai Hoshi" is Mika Nakashima's 21st single. This single was released on the 21 February 2007. "Mienai Hoshi" is used as the theme song of the dorama Haken no Hinkaku. "I Love You" is a cover of the song by Ozaki Yutaka. Other than her works with NANA, this single provided Mika Nakashima with her highest first week sales of any single from her in 2 years.
"Sunao na Mama" is Mika Nakashima's 22nd single. This single was released on 14 March 2007, the same day as her album Yes. It appeared in a DoCoMo commercial, and is best described as a midtempo easy listening ballad.
"Stars" is Mika Nakashima's debut single. The single was released on November 7, 2001, reached #3 on Oricon Weekly Top 200, and sold 469,180 copies, making it her highest-selling single to date. "STARS" was the theme song of the Japanese TV drama Kizudarake no Love Song, in which Mika also made her acting debut.
Voice is the ninth album by Mika Nakashima, released on November 26, 2008. It contains all of her singles from "Life" up to "Orion". The album had two releases: a CD-only and CD+DVD format. The CD+DVD version comes in a deluxe box.
"Yuki no Hana" is the 10th single by Mika Nakashima. It was used as the Meiji boda advertisement song, as well as the Meiji galbo advertisement song. It peaked on the Oricon weekly charts at #3 and sold roughly 248,000 copies. The song "Yuki no Hana" was composed by Ryouki Matsumoto, and the lyric was written by Satomi.
Star is Mika Nakashima's 11th album ; it was released on October 27, 2010 in both CD only and CD+DVD formats. This album, which peaked at #3 on the Oricon 200 Album Chart, sold only 92,962 copies in its first week. Its sales total later rose to 155,457 copies, 4 weeks after its release. However, this sales figure was still lower than the debut sale of her previous studio album, Voice. To date, the album has sold over 180,000 copies in Japan alone.

"A or B" is a song recorded by Japanese singer Mika Nakashima. It was released as a single by Sony Music Associated Records on October 25, 2017. It was written and composed by Jam Note and arranged by Manaboon. The limited edition of the CD single comes with a DVD including the music video for "A or B" and its making-of. "A or B" was used in televised commercials for Kao's liquid fabric softener "Flair Fragrance", starring actress Satomi Ishihara.
