Exile is a 19-member Japanese boy band. Hiro is the group's leader, who debuted as a member of Zoo under For Life Music, but Exile have released their singles and albums under Avex Group's label Rhythm Zone. Hiro and Avex's president Max Matsuura came from the same high school. In 2003, the six original members of Exile founded the management and entertainment company LDH which has debuted many successful groups and soloists ever since. Exile is the representative group of the company.

Toshio Matsumoto is a Japanese dancer, actor and director. He is member and former performer of J-Pop group Exile. He was part of the first generation J Soul Brothers. Since 2016 he has been serving as the chairman of the Gekidan Exile Matsu-gumi.

Naoto Kataoka is a Japanese dancer, actor, rapper and creative director. He is a performer (dancer) of J-Pop dance and vocal group Exile, and is a leader and performer (dancer) of J-Pop dance and vocal group Sandaime J Soul Brothers. He was also a member of Nidaime J Soul Brothers until their migration to Exile in 2009. In 2016, he formed Hip Hop unit HONEST BOYZ® with his friend Nigo and other members. Shokichi Yagi, better known by his stage name SHOKICHI, is a Japanese singer, dancer, songwriter, composer and actor. He is a vocalist and performer of Exile and Exile The Second. He was also a member of J Soul Brothers' second generation Nidaime J Soul Brothers until their migration to Exile in 2009.
Honest Boyz also HONEST BOYZ®, is a 5-member hip hop group consisting of four MC's and one DJ: Naoto, Verbal, Sway, Mandy and Nigo.
Ace of Spades is a Japanese rock band managed by LDH since 2012 and signed to the record label Rhythm Zone. The band started being formed in 2005 while Exile and Glay released the collaboration single "Scream". The project was formed between Hiro and Glay members Hisashi and Takuro.
