Mamadou Diakhon (born 22 September 2005) is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for Ligue 1 club Reims. [1]

Club career

Born in Strasbourg, [2] Mamadou Diakhon joined the Stade de Reims academy in 2021. [3]

He made his professional debut for Reims on the 27 May 2023, before signing his first professional contract with the club on the summer 2023. [4] [5] [6]

International career

Born in France, Diakhon is of Malian descent. [7] He is a youth international for France, [6] first receiving a call with the under-18 in March 2023, [8] and making his debut during a 4-3 friendly win to Germany, during witch he also scored his first goal. [9] [10] He was subsequently called for the Maurice Revello Tournament. [6]
