Marcos Alfonso Lavado Mora (born August 22, 1991) is a Venezuelan swimmer. [1] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's 200 metre butterfly, finishing in 27th place overall in the heats, failing to qualify for the semifinals, and was also part of the Venezuelan 4 x 100 m team. [2] He was part of the Venezuelan team that won bronze in the men's 4 x 200 m freestyle relay at the 2011 Pan American Games. [3]

He shared silver medals with China's Xue Ruipeng in the 200 m breaststroke at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China, in a time of 2:12.25. He also collected two medals in both 100 and 200 m breaststroke at the 2009 East Asian Games in Hong Kong, China. Choi is a member of the swimming team at the Korea National Sport University in Seoul, under his personal coach Lee Woo-Shin.
Pieter Timmers is a Belgian retired competitive swimmer who specialized in sprint freestyle events. He won the silver medal in the 100 meter freestyle at the 2016 Olympics. Timmers currently holds nine Belgian records, and seven national titles in long and short course freestyle. Timmers is a resident athlete for Brabo Antwerp, and trains under his personal coach Ronald Gaastra. He stands 2.00 m, and weighs 89 kg (196 lb). He ended his career in Budapest in the second season of the International Swimming League in 2020.

He represented his nation Venezuela at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and has also won a career total of five medals in a major international competition, spanning two editions of the South American Games and the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games. Tirabassi also holds multiple Venezuelan championship titles and national records in both the long-distance freestyle, and freestyle relay events.
